Excellent choice, great location, courteous staff and budget friendly. We stayed 9 days/8 nights and our only complain is there was not enough cleaning service during our stay. Although we kept our room in order and very neat, but it would have been nicer to have the chambermaid clean every 3rd or even every 4th day. However, we still choose to return after this trip to Italy. When we comeback, it will be for a longer period of 19 days/18 nights. I hope the quality of service remains the same with an added cleaning on the side... 😊

Self check in machine at the door easy enough. Didn't need the hotel app they suggested. I was able to see all the hotel facilities and services on the website before I booked which taught me about the hotel app and the laundry app, but after I've booked I can't find these webpages anymore. The app shows I'm in the check in phase the whole time, I'm not sure if it's because I only printed 1 card key but it lets you print 3. I'm suppose to be able to open room door with the app, but it didn't work, and the card key works but takes some time to detect and unlock the door. Cheap TV from a brand called Telefunken never heard of. Meant to be a smart TV that connects to Internet with YouTube Netflix and all but it doesn't connect. Wifi has a login page so can't connect Chromecast. There's a hand wash by the sink that's also meant to be used as shampoo and body wash. Best thing about this room is the water coming out of the shower is amazingly strong you can use it like a water massage. The kitchen stove is very compact there's 2 spaces but if you use a pot a pan together it doesn't fit right. 2 supermarket across the road, but beware it's closed on Sundays. Okay location next to the train and metro station, takes about 30mins to Vienna centre. Okay place to stay if you can get it for under 100euros. There were spiderwebs at the corner of the windows and a bug crawling on the wardrobe. Room service is once a week I think. There's no safe to lock your valuables. It's not bad but there are better places with better offers if you're paying more than 100euros.

As soon as we arrived on New Year's Day, the property told us that there was no hot water and that they would give us 30% back on every day for the days that there was no hot water (i.e. for 3 days) and they didn't even refund us, anyway after checking in we go up and there are hairs on the bed, so there's a problem there too, at the end of the day I really don't recommend it, the only good thing is the location near the train and the tram that takes you to the centre

飯店就在捷運站出口旁旁邊非常方便，而且隔壁就是超市生活機能非常得好，此次商務出差在這邊待兩天，感受非常良好下一次如果出差安排還是會選擇同樣的地方！飯店的自助check in也很方便！

방 크고 넓고 깨끗해서 넘 좋았어요 거울도 크게 있고 무엇보다 위치도 좋아요 담에 또올듯 ㅎㅎ

房間非常漂亮，地點方便，周圍都是便利民生用品，後面車站很繁忙但也不會很吵鬧。 在這裏的一切都非常棒，乾淨整潔，適合常住。

La ubicación es perfecta, porque tiene el metro justo bajo, supermercado, pero se tiene que tener en cuenta que cierra pronto, y restaurantes a los lados. En cuanto al apartamento, es pequeño pero perfecto para una estancia corta, faltaba algún utensilio de cocina como sartenes y estropajo, la limpieza perfecta. El check in muy rápido y sencillo. La única pega es el aire acondicionado, falla un poco y hace mucha calor dentro de la habitación.

首先電器不會用，風扇壞了客服電話一問三不知，或是答應讓人來幫忙修理，結果在房間裏等根本沒人理。也沒有人上來。 因為沒有空調，得開窗睡覺，然而結果就是每天5:00就被馬路上的汽車吵醒，最近一週天氣更熱了，蚊蟲很多，開燈整個天花板都是蚊蟲，最誇張是還有知了飛進來唧唧叫。一個晚上手肘腳踝被叮10幾個包，打電話問客服有沒有除蚊方法，或是電蚊拍，客服説他什麼都沒有沒辦法。 一週打掃一次更奇葩8-9點就來打掃，還沒等客人反應就開門進來了，非常尷尬，衹好説現在不打掃。就算打掃了 新的床單也有男人油皮那種油耗味道，換了三床換到沒有可換。

酒店邊上就有地鐵站，進入市區很方便。窗户可以打開通風。晾曬衣服也很方便。缺點就是沒有人打掃衞生垃圾桶滿了都不知道找誰，也沒有前台服務人員。衞生間排風扇是壞的，好在房間的窗户可以打開通風，房間才不會臭。有一個小餐桌可以吃飯。總體而已是可以值得推薦入住的。核心理由主要是晾曬衣服方便，對於出門在外需要換洗衣服的人來説。這個環境因素很重要

平時壓根找不到工作人員；洗衣服要自助，而且必須一次充值20。床太軟，輩子也很不舒服。傢俱全是ikea。總算廚房還是不錯

Gute Lage, sehr nah zur U-Bahn, gute Verbindung zum Zentrum. Sauber, Kaffee im Zimmer, WLAN sehr gut. Empfehlenswert.
