Vienna Gold Apartments

The apartment is lovely, very close to a U station, near grocery stores and fun restaurants, and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, we had great difficulty sleeping at night and on several nights got no sleep at all. There was loud street noise on the weekends outside the bedroom window. On weeknights, the neighbors above walked around all night long. Those who are accustomed to sleeping through night noise may be fine, but it was hard for us. Fans might help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay anyway, but we did not rest well on the trip.

A very bad experience. The last day was a disaster. We had communicated before with the owner if we could leave after check out somewhere our luggage. He responded us that we could leave me after check out in the common "hall" . We had just to press the reception button on the outdoor as he asked us to leave the keys and changed the password, and he would open to us. The result was that he never did. We were pressing the button for hours, calling him, texting him, email him, absolutely no response. We left without our staff. Finally two kind ladies that they saw us crying in the middle of the street managed to bring our stuff. If he could not be responsible he could have just given us a negative answer. The stress and the sadness that we went through destroyed our memories. We booked the apartment through Booking we called them but they couldn't find him either. Booking is also responsible for the reliability of its partners.

Location & apartment setup

I suggest this apartment to visit Vienna. Nice and silent area. The underground is right there. We were a family of 4 people and we had a really good time!

This was a good place to stay in Vienna! Close to the train station and restaurants. The only thing was the construction noise in the morning and it could use a little paint touch up on the walls. Otherwise, it was a good value for your money!

Große, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit modernem Badezimmer. U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Sehr komfortabel dass der Zugang zur Wohnung über einen Code erfolgt und man dadurch keinen Schlüssel mitnehmen muss. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine worüber wir uns gefreut haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, freundlich und die Antworten kamen schnell. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Situato in una zona tranquilla di Vienna, ma abbastanza centrale per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. È risultato essere un ottimo alloggio, spazioso e ben pulito, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Eccezionale la posizione in quanto vicinissimo alla Metropolitana. L'host Bernard Riepl, contatto tramite telefono o whatsapp è stato sempre disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta o necessità.
