我好喜歡酒店房間的裝飾風格！給人一種回家的親切感而且預訂的時候價格低，性價比特別高。位置也好，去哪裡都方便！ 惟一的小缺點就是就一層，房間太多，像迷宮一樣找來找去。

트램역 앞에 있어서 관광하고 늦은 시간 귀가에도 좋은 위치이나 시설이 훌륭하진 않음. 앞에 spar와 맥도널드가 있는 것도 장점

I gave 1 star to this hotel because the front desk and breakfast buffet staff, with the exception of Tanja, is AWFUL at customer service. Today, March 25th 2024, when I went to check out, the lady who worked the morning shift treated me extremely bad when it came time to charge me for all the breakfast that I owed (3 days and I in no way tried to avoid the charges). I mean, breakfast at 26 euros is extremely overpriced, but this lady didn't even offer me options of reduced breakfast (and if they didn't have them I would've understood). She even went chasing me at the dining area and when she saw me having a glass of water she told me that i was having breakfast and wanted me to charge me for a full breakfast, just because i had a glass of water. I mean, Europe is not known for the best customer service, but this lady today took it to a whole other level. I would advise anybody to look for another hotel, that lady today ruined my whole Vienna experience and I wouldn't want anyone to have that occurred to him/her

Hotel staff was most gracious and helpful. Navigating to rooms are a bit tricky, but all in all, the rooms were very clean, location was excellent, easy walking access to Kaertner Strasse etc. Only drawback..in-room phones were only for internal use. No external or incoming calls from outside of hotel. Breakfast is a bit pricey.

Great location on the ring. Friendly staff. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels which was a nice surprise. Not much to their breakfast buffet, especially for the cost, but convenient.

The property that we had stayed in was great ! It was very nice and cosy. Breakfast was nice too!

The lobby was very inviting. It was strange that the rooms were on the 6th floor but the rooms were of good size, clean,nice linens, and comfortable

The hotel is in a amazing location ,the reception 24hr is great,the junior suites are spacious along with the bathroom ,the walk from the lift to the room is not great with cases, up and down slopes to say the least which is the only downside to this hotel , but overall for ease of transport around vienna also the locality makes this a great base to reap the best from vienna and maria was fabulous in helping us find the shortest routes to visit sites

Large room, close to Kursalon and walking distance to Opera. Excellent restaurants close by. Excellent value for a hotel in the city.
