I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely book it again when I return to Dubai. All staff members are very helpful and polite. There are lots of facilities to use. The pool area and restaurants are nice. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to some destinations which makes it easier to cut costs. There is also free access to Soluna beach club which is great.

Location and the rooms are great The staff at the reception need more training on welcoming guests and how to communicate in a nice way !!! Breakfast in the restaurant is a big stress because they have pit a dividing wall close to where you get your food so peoole go in to eachother all the time not so smart !

The hotel is cool, clean and pretty fresh. The stuff is nice. Breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Rating it 4, coz soundproof if pretty weak, impossible to sleep without ear plugs.

Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Vino in particular was a stand out and helped us with our admin. Hotel had good view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks at burg Khalifa. Location was ideal by the Dubai canal for leisure activities like cycling and walking. We discovered Dubai’s sights and beaches by bicycle and it was the best experience.

Basic hotel located in business bay. Taxi needed to move anywhere. Nice view of the Burj Khalifa.

Good quality accommodation. Great breakfast and evening buffet dinners. Very clean (thanks, Aisha, for cleaning my room thoroughly!). Nice pool (although some tiles on the bottom missing so should be replace). Lovely outdoor breakfast area. Really enjoyed my stay!

I loved this hotel! The room was beautiful and new. The pool area was amazing with a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa. The only minus I can think of was the loud obnoxioius mind numbing techno pop that was play at the pool and the extensive noise from building sites all around the hotel. There seem to be more construction planned just next to the hotel - so I suspect lots more noise coming up and it wont be too long before the beautiful view is lost to more high rise buildings around the hotel. The hotel is a bit far away from the metro and there is nothing around - so you will need taxi go to anywhere But the hotel itself was great!
