Khi chúng tôi đến, có hai người đàn ông say rượu ở quầy bar cạnh quầy lễ tân của khách sạn. Họ hát và chúng tôi thấy hơi khó chịu. Nhân viên tiếp tân lo đồ uống cho nam trước chứ không phải chúng tôi. Chúng tôi phải đợi một chút mặc dù yêu cầu của chúng tôi đến trước. Trong đêm bạn có thể nghe thấy người khác. Vị trí tương đối tốt và khách sạn rẻ.

Có trạm xe điện, trạm xe buýt đến sân bay và cửa hàng McDonald's n*** trước khách sạn nên rất thuận tiện. Nó cũng nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ từ ga tàu điện ngầm. Phòng và phòng tắm cũng sạch sẽ. Đặc biệt khuyến khích cho những người đến sân bay vào sáng hôm sau.

Dịch vụ này rất tốt. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tốt, đối diện siêu thị và rất gần trung tâm mua sắm mất bảy hoặc tám phút. Sân sau là sông Danube, yên tĩnh và thư giãn, thích hợp để đi dạo và trò chuyện.

Close to metro, Danube and VIC. Shop across the street. Very nice service and great staff. Good restaurant as part of the hotel. Room was clean and has all necessary equipment. Bed was comfortable.

The staff of reception was nice. The room was clean and room facilities were adequate.

Nice location . For me was a First time to visit this hotel. Breakfast was OK. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean with a nice view at the town If you want a shopping therapy you have near about 7 minutes the big mall to make the best shopping

Old hotel that needs renovation and a big cleaning. There was vomit on the wall just above the bed. The room was not nicely cleaned and the window could not be closed, it is the question of time when it will be dropped on somebody. Be careful. Breakfast was avarage, expecting on the price. Parking is chargable, 15 eur per night, very tight parking spots. The metro station is about 7 minutes walking away from the hotel.

This is the ONE property my sons and I stayed at that wasn't found from Rick Steve's guide books. It was a fairly last-minute booking found through google maps and chosen due to location and price. What I liked best: the beds! We had a triple and my single bed was the softest bed in 10 hotels for 18 nights. Second best: the breakfast was amazing. Half the breakfasts I added upon check-in as European hotel breakfasts fast became my sons' favorite meal. Third best: the front desk staff were extra helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on travel to the stadium. I needed an unrelated reservation printed out and they did it quickly and didn't charge me - I don't think. Haivng worked in the hotel industry for 6 years, I know many hotels would have charged for this service. LOCATION: The hotel was close to Ernst-Happel Stadium with a train/tram stop right outside the hotel. We took the 25 train/tram, walked maybe 2 mintues to the U2 u-bahn station and the U2 took us right to the stadium. APPEARANCE: The outward appearance of the hotel was the one detractor and the reason I almost didn't book it. It's a large white square with a blue horizontal painted line across and to be blunt, it looks sketchy. But the lobby area inside is nice and the dinning area decor was downright elegant. And while our triple room looked straight out of the 70's, the bed was comfortable and the room satisfied our needs - a quiet place to stay.

Hi there, first off all they cancelled my booking even if i called directly and confirm my stay and payment at property, but all this turned ok. Actually during my stay someone entered in my room made shower and what else he did there I don't know, but one of my trip colleagues quested him while he was exiting from my room with some girl, after my complain they said, oh ok it was the owner of the hotel we checked he was drunk and he is sorry. No compensation only promises, no quality management, no official or proper approach to the case. You can't treat customers like that.

Made reservation with Lenas Donau Hotel 2,5 months before an important event. Two weeks before the event hotel informed me that it does not have a possibility to accommodate me anymore. No explanation. Do not recommend to book any services with this hotel if you do not want to end up without accommodation on a week when every hotel in a city is already booked or costs much more than you can afford.
