What a lovely experience I had here. The Arverna provides topnotch service, a quiet yet very convenient location (I never needed to use my car, just walked everywhere), and a beautiful garden patio where I enjoyed breakfast among the flowers. The hosts were kind and attentive, with excellent restaurant recommendations for me. They even surprised me with a gift on my birthday! I'll go back to Vichy...not just for the waters, but to stay here again.

This was our third stay in this great hotel. A friendly welcome, comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need for a good stay and a great breakfast. Look forward to our next visit. Very reasonable car parking available a short walk away or on the street outside the hotel.

Once in a while you find a hotel that gets everything right. What an absolute gem. Great people, tastefully decorated, big clean rooms. Just perfect. Very very highly recommended. There's a multistorey carpark nearby as well. I just love the place.

The perfect hotel, The guys that run the hotel are amazing, fabulous service. Rooms are immaculate , everything has been beautifully designed and carefully thought out. The garden is so pretty with a terrace and plants. The owners can’t do enough to help you. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. Funky art and furniture everywhere. We loved it. Fantastic helpful and personal service. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend it, wish we were staying longer.

Lovely welcome, friendly staff. Breakfast good and plentiful. Parking good at a little extra cost - 8€ per night but allocated space in secure garage. Easy walk to all amenities. Nice rooms, comfortable, very clean. No complementary coffee/tea in room but available 24hrs downstairs.

I had booked a room with the hotel and the day of the travel a snow storm became apparent in the region and as I was traveling a long distance, I requested to move the reservation date out two weekends. The hotel refused and charged me for the stay. I don't expect a refund as that was not the deal, but given the circumstances the Hotel should recognize people have their family's safety to consider and it was not apparent till after the cancellation date that the weather was going to be so bad. Poor short term thinking on the hotel and inconsiderate of people's circumstances.

This hotel is centrally situated on a quiet leafy street. I found the welcome friendly and efficient. The room is fitted out with a comfortable bed and the bathroom is top notch. The ecological touches are commendable. The room was fairly small. A kettle, cups, sticks of coffee and some teabags would be a nice touch. Overall good value for your money. Recommended.

This is a very nice hotel and well located in the city. My room was not big but efficient. Good bed and very nice walk in shower. Everything clean and recently renovated.
