We were at the Furu Hotel in September for 4 days. The location was great - near a beautiful lake with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. An additional advantage of the resort was its location near beautiful beaches - Haukland and Uttakleiv. We also appreciated the staff and atmosphere of Furu. All the staff working were very friendly and in the evenings we really enjoyed the activities organized (for example a bonfire night). Great place! It’s a big hostel but cozy, it has everything you might need. It’s located by a beautiful lake, and you can get arround Lofoten form there. There’s a café, I did not try anything but heard great things. The staff is great, very friendly and nice.

FURU Hostel is a unique and charming hostel in the middle of the Lofoten, managed with love, care and attention to detail. Rooms were clean, people were friendly, nature was stunning. Thank you for these beautiful days, and keep up the good work!

Furu is one of the best hostels we’ve ever been to! The rooms are lovely and we felt home immediately. We had the nicest view over the lake nearby. One of our highlights was the cafe and restaurant - the food was amazing! We’d love to come back in the future.

The style of the hostel is something else. It feels like visiting friends. It’s cozy und feels familiar. The staff is kind and welcoming, as is their service. And the sauna 👌 Sauna with a view ⛰️ It’s the perfect place to relax and to get to know other travelers.

We were on a bike tour, and this is an excellent place to stop. A very well run place. It is clean, comfortable, has great staff, and great food. They try to provide a lot of options and activities, like lakeside sauna, yoga, campfire nights etc. It was a very enjoyable stay! It has a lot to offer to a wide range of clientele.

Great stay, cozy hostel, nice staff and perfect for bikepackers. It's also a very welcoming place for socialising when solo travelling. It's great to find a hostel like this in my way. Clean, with kitchen, living room and delicious cakes.Thank you very much.

The hostel is beautiful and super clean, they have different different activities like kayak or sauna, they even organise some hikes around. Staff is super accommodating and nice, and the food was very good! You can feel the love they put into this hostel in every corner. I recommend it 110%

Very cosy Hostel with a lot of possibilities and very friendly stuff.Everyone is very helpfull. They oder nice Drinks and Food in the coffee to normal Norway prices . You can Rent a car to a cheap Price ,of you like . Meet a lot nice travelers there and we do some day Trips together . Will Remind the stay as a nice Time there .

Especially for solo travellers this is the cheapest place you can find and there is a great and very open community of other young travelers. I could see the love that was put into decorating the whole thing and to make it comfortable and cute. The food is actually freshly made which is also very impressive. They also have a well equipped kitchen for guests to use to make their own food

We had a wonderful stay at FURU and would definitely recommend staying there. The location is great, making it easy to travel to different parts of Lofoten. We stayed at an apartment, which was simple but had everything one needs (and very clean). Friendly staff and what sticks out most is the Cafe providing also vegan/vegetarian food options (and everything absolutely delicious!).

Very chill and welcoming atmosphere. Clean kitchen, bathroom and the rest. Clearly well organised and thoughtful owners. Also, everything is so pretty. Little/big drawings on walls, cute booknooks etc. Don't forget the outside area, can't do anything wrong with this surrounding nature of course, but the hammocks, little paths and benches make enjoying said nature even better. I've only stayed in a dorm, sturdy bunk beds, no need to be afraid to fall of a wonky ladder, very nice. Helpful and kind staff/volunteers.

Nice place, we stayed with our campervan. Shower and toilet in the hostel was good and clean. Nice to walk through the garden to the lake. Very nice staff, all willing to help to make it a good experience. Also a good kitchen available, we did not use as we have the camper.

The perfect hostel to spend a lovely stay. Everything was appreciated, the location, the helpful and welcoming staff, friendly guests. The kitchen is very well equiped and many areas in the hostel to chill and hang out. We would definitely come back
