Phòng hơi cũ. Cửa trượt bằng gỗ bị kẹt và không thể mở hoàn toàn cho đến khi tôi phải nhờ khách sạn giúp đỡ. Thậm chí còn tìm thấy một số rác ở một góc. Công tắc điều chỉnh độ sáng của đèn cũng không hoạt động cho đến khi tôi gọi bảo trì. Khách sạn một đêm hết nước nên không tắm được và phải chờ khoảng 1 đến 2 tiếng. Đây là lần thứ hai tôi đến thăm Alila Uluwatu. Tôi chọn khách sạn này một lần nữa vì tôi đã có trải nghiệm thực sự tốt trong lần đầu tiên đến đó nhưng lần này tôi thất vọng.

We had such a great stay at the property is beautiful. The restaurants are amazing and all of the staff are very lovely. We want to highlight Yumi who was our waitress for two days and she has been fantastic.

Very beautiful place. Did not give us much headache in checking in unlike The Legian Seminyak. They could improve their medical assistance or facility in the resort since our whole family got sick, the response was not quick yet they were able to help out few hours after....

resort is beautiful, and nice located. main swimming pool area is always busy and doesn’t have enough cabanas, in this price you can find alternatives

Staffs are very helpful and they did make effort to make guests feel warm and happy even if it is very small things. Bad luck as it keeps raining heavily during my stay but we made the most of it. Strongly recommended.

非常漂亮的飯店，不管是公共空間還是villa, 飯店員工服務也非常棒！尤其推薦早餐，雖然價格貴了點，但很值得！
