I have stayed there a week ago for a few days with a family. Initial impression was really disappointing, as per booking it seemed to be near train station, but in fact you need to walk nearly 2 km from it to get into center, otherwise be ready to catch taxi or public transportation on every occasion. Good thing is that bus stop is nearby. General impression of the room was underwhelming: TV wasn't working, no coffee / tea set in a room, furniture worn out; breakfast all days was the same and surprisingly NO fresh vegetables served - you had 5 types of croissants and 7 pies, but not a single tomato or cucumber? That was strange as for Mediterranean country.. It seems that this was 4* hotel 10 years ago.
