有點嚇人這個酒店，早餐比較差

酒店挺乾淨的

在Bergamo乘飛機 本來訂機場的酒店沒房間就訂了這家 ，攜程説有接送機服務，就是幫忙預訂Taxi可是這位置盡然沒有Taxi和Uber 都打不到，Malpensa晚上打車過去要205歐，早上打車也要50歐，房間臟，又舊，除了前台小哥人不錯，其他沒什麼説的，錯過航班😭

Utilizzato in occasione del pacchetto di Leolandia Parco+Hotel. Solo pernottamento e colazione. Tutto ottimo, stanze comfortevoli e colazione a buffet abbondante e varia. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Lovely hotel..staff friendly and helpful. Organised taxis and early breakfast for us when we were leaving. Very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Close to the city of bergamo and also only 40 minutes on train from Milan Central.

We stayed here for 9 nights as my son was a on a soccer camp. Basic rooms, I booked the junior suite thinking it would have coking facilities as that's what the room showed at the time of booking (a stove top) but when we arrived it was covered and no longer working which was disappointing. Rooms were clean, showers tiny even I struggled to fit and I am not big. Breakfast was included every morning and this was a highlight, it was substantial with a lot of variety. 4 star in Italy is not like 4 star in Australia, this hotel was clean and convenient but I would rate it 3 star. Staff were friendly and spoke English well. About a 30 minute walk to the train station and then 15 mins on the train to get to Bergamo. Plenty of parking and supermarket is within walking distance.

I have visited this hotel a couple of time during the last 5 months and the best description I can give is that is an average hotel with its prons and cons. What I liked: The modern rooms, the cleaning quality, the staff on the restaurant. What was average: The reception staff ( there were some nice workers and some not so nice) and the location (you need a car 100%). What i didnt like: The internet was awful in the 2 rooms I was ( one stay one week, another stay 2 weeks). I was there on a bussiness trip and both times I had to connect to the mobile phone to be able to send emails. The air conditioning was not reliable.

All’arrivo in camera ho trovato bibite già consumate nel frigo, asciugamani bucati e tavoletta wc sporca anche se c’era la fascetta che era già stato igenizzato. La colazione? Altro che relax…solo caos, confusione e disordine. Hotel 1 stella.

Camera molto confortevole e pulita. Personale cordiale, buono anche il ristorante. Ho avuto un problema con il riscaldamento in camera ma si sono subito attivati per trovare una soluzione. Colazione nella media. Tornerò quando sarò in zona. Parcheggio disponibile nel piazzale dell'albergo, gratuito

Hotel PERFETTO ma soprattutto ospitalità eccezionale. Sono stata in questo hotel con un gruppo sportivo per una notte. Camere: perfette, pulite e confortevoli Cibo: ottimo Sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. All'ultimo ho richiesto una torta e mi hanno accontentato all'istante venendo incontro alla mia esigenza. Davvero super consigliato!!!

Albergo molto bello e pulito, il Ristorante per essere un 4 stelle lascia a desiderare, antipasto descritto come un piatto particolare arriva purè con sopra un uovo sodo, filetto di canguro tagliato come una tagliata e stracotto ciccoso perché non hanno chiesto il tipo di cottura desiderato,insomma peccato perché la struttura merita il ristorante invece è da pensione a una stella. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente tornerò per la camera e il Personale alla reception cordiale e professionale ma mangerò sicuramente fuori.

2 notti per andare al parco di leolandia hotel conodo al parco con ampio parcheggio camere moderne rinnovate belle e confortevoli. Staff gentile. Colazione varia ma non da 4 stelle. Cena buona. Lo consiglio nel pacchetto 2 giorni a leolandia
