在Bergamo乘飛機 本來訂機場的酒店沒房間就訂了這家 ，攜程説有接送機服務，就是幫忙預訂Taxi可是這位置盡然沒有Taxi和Uber 都打不到，Malpensa晚上打車過去要205歐，早上打車也要50歐，房間臟，又舊，除了前台小哥人不錯，其他沒什麼説的，錯過航班😭

Solo pernottamento e colazione. Tutto ottimo, stanze comfortevoli e colazione a buffet abbondante e varia.

Lovely hotel..staff friendly and helpful. Organised taxis and early breakfast for us when we were leaving. Very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Close to the city of bergamo and also only 40 minutes on train from Milan Central.

The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out.
The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely.
The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance.

We stayed here for 9 nights as my son was a on a soccer camp. Basic rooms, I booked the junior suite thinking it would have coking facilities as that's what the room showed at the time of booking (a stove top) but when we arrived it was covered and no longer working which was disappointing. Rooms were clean, showers tiny even I struggled to fit and I am not big. Breakfast was included every morning and this was a highlight, it was substantial with a lot of variety. 4 star in Italy is not like 4 star in Australia, this hotel was clean and convenient but I would rate it 3 star. Staff were friendly and spoke English well. About a 30 minute walk to the train station and then 15 mins on the train to get to Bergamo. Plenty of parking and supermarket is within walking distance.

I have visited this hotel a couple of time during the last 5 months and the best description I can give is that is an average hotel with its prons and cons. What I liked: The modern rooms, the cleaning quality, the staff on the restaurant. What was average: The reception staff ( there were some nice workers and some not so nice) and the location (you need a car 100%). What i didnt like: The internet was awful in the 2 rooms I was ( one stay one week, another stay 2 weeks). I was there on a bussiness trip and both times I had to connect to the mobile phone to be able to send emails. The air conditioning was not reliable.

Hotel scelto per la vicinanza al parco Leolandia e per la comodità di aver il ristorante interno e poter cenare senza doversi muovere anche la sera. Personale, sia di sala che reception, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile; camera evidentemente ristrutturata da poco molto pulita e funzionale. Buono anche il ristorante sia per la cena che per la colazione, abbondante e di buona qualità. Non posso che consigliarlo.

Abbiamo pernottato per la seconda volta in questo hotel in occasione della visita a Leolandia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Colazione molto buona. La sera dopo una giornata a Leolandia si torna in camera sfiniti, e si può cenare direttamente in hotel così da non avere l'impegno di uscire a cena specialmente perché il nostro bambino è sempre cotto e non vede l'ora di dormire. Per andare in hotel bisogna utilizzare l'auto. Staff molto gentile.
