We're very happy for stay in this super hotel. 5star isn't enough for this accommodation. 100% recommend for this hotel, stuff and location.

Lighting was not enough, the radiator in the bathroom is not working. The room is big but there were mosquitoes which made us not sleeping well.

Super Lage und es war schön ruhig. Der Service war ausgezeichnet! Aber das Zimmer ist nicht für Allergiker geeignet, da ein Teppichboden verlegt wurde und es nur eine Wolldecke gibt.

Hot like an actual oven even with windows open. Poorest and most depressing lighting ever in the rooom. Bathroom is falling apart, furniture on its last leg, fridge suspiciously warm and had to toss our snacks. Cannot check in early by any minutes. Tried to switch our room to one half the price of what we paid. Reason they switched us because “they thought our kids were younger”, like it’s ok then to bait and switch if within a certain age bracket. Venice was my favorite stop on our tour of Italy; Eurostars was the worst hotel.

The hotel is a wonderful building inside and out, in a nice location. Our room was stunning at first but we found it frustrating. There are far too many light switches and permutations to get a particular light on or off, overall the lighting is poor.Reading a book after dark is difficult and we had to shine our phones onto the safe instructions to be able to read them. Despite cold November nights our biggest problem was the room being far too hot for a comfortable sleep, it was like an oven. On the first night I asked reception to just turn the heaters off to our room because turning the room controls off seemed to make no difference, I cannot understand why they would pay high energy bills to heat the street because we had to have the windows open to cool the room. I assume the individual controls would be just as useless in summer. If we were not kept awake by the stifling temperature it was the noise from the next room. I don’t think the occupants were particularly loud, you could just hear every word, cough, sneeze like they were in the room with you and these girls didn’t stop talking morning and night. Overall, the hotel has many great features and friendly staff but I cannot enthuse over them because the room was simply uncomfortable and unable to provide a decent nights sleep. I mentioned my gripes when checking out and was annoyed by the reply of “ you should have told us and maybe we could have done something about the heating “…. I did, on the very first night.

The place was very spacious with two stories with bathrooms in the ground floor. This setup was kind of inconvenient because we had to use the lower level to change while just use the upper level for sleeping. They had 2 beds in the upper level but a wooden beam cutting across which can be hazard at night time. Our daughter had to crawl to get to the bed. Lighting was overall poor and very less outlets to charge your phones and accessories. Also they control the a/c at the front desk which was kind of dressed . The property is bang on the canal and private transportation while expensive like a water taxi was super useful. We used it to go to burano and also to the traon station with the baggage. The front desk was very helpful in arranging for transportation and guiding us to places to eat/visit. Overall a mixed experience as the rooms we got was not very comfortable

Property and staff were excellent! However it’s a bit far from what we wanted to see, so probably will stay somewhere closer next time.

We came with kids and the double room with the loft was perfect. It was a few minutes walk from lots of shops and dining options. The staff was very helpful and had great recommendations. We loved this hotel and would stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable room, beds and bathrooms were very nice. Clean room and property. Staff was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this Hotel.
