Non appena arrivato all’hotel mi hanno comunicato che non avevano disponibilità di camere nonostante la mia prenotazione tramite Trip fosse regolarmente accettata. Mi hanno mandato in un B&B. Bocciato l’hotel e l’app Trip.

Great hotel which was only a ten minute walk from Rialto Bridge, (which is the easiest way to get across to St Mark’s Square and other attractions). Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Room was a tad too warm for us, (temperature gauge on the wall didn’t seem to work), but we just opened a window at night which gave us a lovely breeze into the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great first time visit and stay in Venice,
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very accommodating and helpful,
The bed was very comfortable and the hotel a short stroll to St Michaels Square..

This hotel is right in the heart of all Venice has to offer! Very old, but quaint and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for my family. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast very good too!
We were supposed to stay 2 nights but unfortunately our flight the day prior was cancelled. The gentleman made sure to make an extra invoice for me to submit to the airlines.

We loved the stay there, the rooms are old style but totally worth it for a 3 star. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and can get a bit monotonous in some days but everything else was great

The hotel was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms were great. Housekeeping and breakfast was really good. Everything is in walking distance.

Absolutely love our stay here! The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful! Great breakfast spread and walking distance to everything that was on our bucket list in Venice. Hotel was safe and quiet, would definitely recommend!

Staff and breakfast was excellent, our room on second floor canal side had lovely decor, high ceiling and comfy bed. Solid 4.5! Only problem was Internet connection. Wifi only worked in one corner of our room.
