The are only bed and wifi. No other amenities such as refrigerator or water boiler. It is necessary to climb up stairs to go to reception which is in first floor. The hotel has two buildings. Our room is located in 2nd floor of the other building. The staff helped to bring one suitcase and my son bring another one. The booking confirmation email said that check out time is before 12:00. However, the clean up staff knocked our door twice in 9:00 and 10:00 again even though we have put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In around 10:30, the staff phone to room and said the check out time is 10:30. I told him the confirmation email said that the check out time is 12:00. Finally, we can still stay till 12:00. The communication is not clear.

The hotel was fine. Entarnce stairs could be a problem for people with large luggage. Staff helpful, mostly Italians. Room small with window but on the ground floor which hosts restaurant as well. Because of that, in the morning, there was nois made by people walking for breakfast. Room clean, despite usual mould in the bathroom because of lack of proper vent. Great localisation. Worth consideration for a city sightseeing.

If it wasn’t for the convenient distance and luggage storage after check out I would’ve given this hotel zero stars!! My husband and I were always stuffy and sneezing ONLY when in the hotel room. I’m not sure if the carpet doesn’t get cleaned or what but I’m allergic to mold and I’m almost positive there is some mold lurking in the room. This made it difficult to sleep and was annoying. The breakfast wasn’t good and the WiFi was terrible. I don’t even remember it working once. I eventually gave up and used my personal internet to the point where I no longer have any data left. The staff were also not as welcoming as I expected. I will not be staying here again.

good locations

There are stairs to go up to the hotel, but the friendly staff will help you with your luggage. The location is good, only few minutes walk from the station to the hotel. All the shops and restaurants are around.

5 mins walk from the train station, however, the facilities need refubrishment. The breakfast also is poor in terms of quality and variety.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nazionale with my friend, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was incredibly complete, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and only 4 minutes walking from the train station. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend Hotel Nazionale to anyone visiting the Venice!

It was good amd convenient to transportation. And the location was good

We have to carry the luggages to the hotel by high stairs ourselves. Room side is a little bit small but bigger bathroom.

Location is excellent as it is less than 10 minutes walk to the Santa Lucia Venezia train station. You can find food everywhere below the hotel and also supermarket just few few hundred steps from the hotel entrance. The grand canal is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is provided on optional basis. Only thing is there is no lift to the hotel lobby on the 1st floor and smaller and lighter luggage is recommended. Overall we love the place because of location, convenience and also value for money

Small room but clean hotel, friendly staff. Didn’t have a kettle in my room which would have been convenient. It is in the central tourist area so crowded in the day but more relaxing in the evening.

Great location, room is a bit old but i am alright for that seems the price is reasonable at this spot! Shall consider to stay here if you carry big luggage, supermarket, restaurant all nearby by walking distance.

They cheated us showing on web site 2 rooms adjacent for 4 people charge for 4 people I. 1 room 2 couples 4 adults So when asked that we go 2 people for different hotel they took tax for all of us. We went to near by much better hotel for less price good behavior. They even called us to vacate room by 1030 am

The entrance has stairs leading to the lobby on the first floor and no lift. So you will need to carry your luggage up. The corridor also has some steps. Room is okay. Location is very good as it is close to the train station and you can reach the hotel without any steps or bridge.
