We stay here for 2 night.The location of the hotel was 5min away from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The attractions also near to the hotel. There are restaurants and gelato shop nearby. The hotel reception staff was very friendly and nice, they welcomed us on the first day we arrived. They even help us carry our luggage up to the reception counter and our room as they were no lift in the hotel. They hotel was clean and tidy with AC. It was really a great stay here. Recommended!!

Incredible location near vaporetto and the train station. Exceedingly charming hotel, with delicious breakfast. Concierge was beyond helpful. Exemplary service. I will stay here again when I return to Venice.

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Venice. Only an 8 minute walk from the train station, no water taxi needed. It is very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were A . The breakfast was exceptional, super professional staff - I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This is an amazing hotel, and the staff are so welcoming, they walk you to your room instead of pointing their finger on where to go, they walk you to the breakfast buffet, service is exemplary! The only thing was the bed, we reserved a room for three people, and the twin bed sagged and was very uncomfortable. Other than that, I would return again!

The entire staff and hotel Arcadia was superb, from before we got there, right through to our unfortunate early departure. They were helpful and went above and beyond kind and patient. My sister fell ill while we were there and they helped me facilitate our early check out and helped me get my sister and our luggage to the water taxi.
While l understand 'policy', l was disappointed that l couldn't get refunded for the nights l wasn't there due to my sister's illness.
Otherwise, the hotel was a wonderful place with great people and in a perfect area of town, for my tastes and needs. If l get to return to Venice, l will hope to stay there again.

Very nice quaint hotel with great staff. Very friendly environment. Clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast that was included with our stay. Very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel.
