Darling Residency

One of the hidden secrets in Vellore to get the accommodation lies with Darling Residency. Don’t get fooled by the lack of huge entrance and foyer. The rooms are fairly large sized with king size bed, working table and a chair and very nice bath room. All the amenities are standard and I had no issues to address. Being a frequent traveler to various places both in India and abroad, I can safely say that I was very much comfortable. I also enjoyed sumptuous and tasty food in the attached vegetarian restaurant. Last but not least is that the employees ( from front desk to room service) are extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit next time.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of rooms and service at Darling Residency. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, the complimentary breakfast was nothing fancy but adequate and they have a very nice roof top restaurant. The staff were most accommodating and helpful.

I stayed for one night with family. Check-in experience was professional. Room was comfortable, room service was prompt. Good breakfast spread. Tasty breakfast. Hotel is located close to the temple and the fort. To improve - Restaurant lunch taste can be better.

Horrible lodge quality hotel being marketed as a hotel. You would be better off booking an oyo or treebo. Don't waste your time and money here. Leaking bathroom old furnishings and interiors define this sham of a hotel. Will never ever return to this place.

Lovely rooms, Clean bathrooms. Only problem is Monkeys if you even open the windows slightly. Car parking available but might get full due to outside visitors to the restaurant and bar. Overall a decent and we'll maintained hotel.
