Unfortunately below issues faced during stay, in-spite of booking premium suite
No beer on tap
Prawn curry was made of rotten coconut
Shower had no water pressure & buckets were provided for shower
Toiletries were of poor standards ( no ear budds)
Charged additional for accommodating child (9years) while checking out. Charges we’re not discussed during check in.

Located 870 meters from white sand Verma beaches ⛱️ the resort offers comfortable spacious rooms,a spa ,gym,a well maintained pool but it's good only for 3nights,the nearby areas are dull ad drab,the hotel has a restaurant offering a breakfast with elaborate menu but the chef lacks innovation, for fruits we were offered watermelon, papya ad pineapple continously for 8 days,I can understand cost cutting but don't compromise on variety grapes,bananas, gavas were never offered,the Gym is too small,they can keep newspapers ad magazines in otherwise dull lobby,as I said gud for 3 nights, I was most impressed by the lady at always smiling helpful in charge, well done.

We are there from last 3 days in sterling varca goa…It was amezing experience there good food special care in jain food also . Restaurant staff service was good, behaviours were good. My colleague who is non veg eater he didn’t enjoy much specifically in fish items. Rest is good. Hospitality was good.

Absolutely loved my stay at Sterling Goa Varca! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The pool area was well-maintained, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa

Sterling Varca- Beautiful property located close to Varca beach. Prasad and Vishula were very helpful during the stay. The property has an awesome pool and also a great restaurant, which serves great food and buffet options are also available. Overall a great stay option.

We stayed here for 2days 16 03 2024 to 18 03 2024. Everything was good except the reception team .Ms Vishula was putting her frowny face and her reply was rough. It was not a welcome ambience.But one Mr Alexander was kind enough to help my wife who had travel sickness when we just reached Sterling Varca.His behaviour was exceptional and appreciable. The sales team and the operations & Admn ***ager Mrs Vivien were not aware of the sterling products details and they misguided me when I was asking for room upgrade . Sales staff was asking me to keep dialing customer care for getting details of room upgrade by foregoing my relaxation time at your resort.The behaviour of sales personnel (Gaurang Madhu and Ajay) were very irritating. They were enjoying some games by giving least importance to me a sterling member. ***agement has to provide proper training to sales and operations team on sterling products Otherwise the services from Restaurant,Activities and Spa were very good and we enjoyed it .Mr Alexander was continuously enquiring about our stay at Sterling Varca.Our special thanks to him Thank You

Diwali Vacation with Friends and Family. Stay here for 4 nights Excellent property with beat location on Varca Beach. Just 8-10 minutes walk from beach. Located in quit calm and cool atmosphere. Staff is polite and co operative. Very smooth chek in and chek out process. Surely visit again and fully recommending!😊
