Hotel Iberostar Tainos

Хороший, добротный сетевой отель, с неплохим питанием и превосходным пляжем. Я бронировал и получил бунгало - просторное и уютное, с террасой и в живописном уголке территории отельного комплекса. Не ставлю высших оценок из-за того, что всё немного уже подъизносилось, и есть проблемы с работой оборудования в номере, не всё идеально и корректно работало (фен, панель управления кондиционером и не горело пару лампочек). Но в целом ' очень твёрдая четвёрка!

Beach and Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean, Chefs did a great job with what they had. Great omelets every morning. Japanese al a carte was excellent. Coffee at the lobby bar is worth waiting for. I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Disappointing. I admit the weather was against us but the buffet food was very poor with exactly the same dried overcooked luke warm food everyday..lunch and dinner..Except for the outstanding gala dinner and show on New Year. The buffet had everything you could wish for which was rather excessive. The female resident singer is excellent. The male singer needs to learn the proper words and reach notes! Painful! Entertainer Elvis is great fun. Rooms very spacious and clean with lovely messages from the cleaner! Reception and bar staff could smile! Dining room staff lovely..Hola Mi Papi y Mami.!! Entertainers should encourage guests to join activities and create a fun ambience. From the Reps comment on the bus it seems Varadero is suffering with lack of food and service.. holiday was way overpriced.

The most welcoming resort ever. They make you feel like family upon entering the resort. The staff of this resort are amazing. The grounds are so well kept and the pool is crystal clear and inviting. Comfort was at its best. Never in want for anything. Food was amazing.

The staff is one of the best, my family and I have been come back to this resort for over 15 years and the reason is because the staff are no longer the staff, they are now our family, we are fondly know as the "The Mama's" and everytime we arrive it feels like coming home to our loving family. Daylin at check-in makes sure everything is ready, Jaina is there to make sure everyone is taken care of during your stay. Fernando, Jamie, and Elivis to name a few of the entertainers that will make sure that you are always having a good time. George, Julio and Jorjito are the always make sure that there is food and drinks for everyone. We have also met wonderful people from all over the world and they all go back for the same reason we do, to see our family!

If i could give this resort a 10 star, i would. The most beautiful and welcoming resort. As you enter the resort you feel the energy and warmth from the staff. Very clean, pool is sparkling every day. Beach is so very very beautiful and clean. Lots of seating around pool, you will never have to search out seating. Beach as well, lots of loungers for everyone. The friendliest staff that make you feel life family. They all go beyond your expectations. Have stayed at 5 stars in Cuba and Tainos goes far beyond any of them.

We had a wonderful seven days at this resort. Room was big with a nice ocean view, and was kept very clean same as the rest of the resort. Food at the restaurant had a variety so we had choices of what we wanted to eat. Most important is the people; very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

First time in Cuba,I came here with a big group,It was amazing,I went to the Japanese restaurant it was great,nice show.People are nice,friendly and helpful,the internet was slow but the experience was good
