I made the reservation for my dad’s birthday and he loves it so much.

Океан и пляж сказка 😍 Сначала о хорошем: территория шикарная. Отдельное спасибо Элизеру и Сенин. Очень грамотные менеджеры, говорят на русском неплохо, помогают в «нерешаемых» вопросах, и в целом очень теплые остались от них впечатления. Вкусное мороженое и коктейли, в зависимости от сезона дают рыбу и морепродукты. Февраль - не сезон оказался. Рыба была, но не супер часто. Гриль зона- очень неплохое мясо. И говядина и свинина и курица. Ананасы и папайя. Конечно океан !!!! Самый большой плюс. Ради чего и летели 14 часов. Прошли весь берег - наша часть пляжа оказалась самой лучшей на наш взгляд. Широкий берег, шезлонги не стоят друг на дружке. Тихо. Теперь о негативном))) Сначала заселили в бунгало (южная часть отеля). Темно, влажно, плохо работал кондиционер, уборка плохая. Учитывая, что оставляли шоколадки и деньги- не очень. Полы в ванной не мыли вообще. Один день забрали полотенце и совсем … вообще… никакие… не принесли. Ни для рук, ни для ног. Попросили переселись нас в главный корпус ближе к океану. Там ситуация полностью поменялась. На кровати - слоники, летели и кораблики. 9!!! Полотенец на двоих. Хотя в бунгало было 4 ( как похоже оказалось полотенце для ног нам дали в качестве основного в бунгало). Чисто, светло, хороший кондиционер и вид на бассейн и океан. Теперь советы : - если Вам что то не дали, требуйте и просите. Скорее всего забудут, надо напоминать. - берите с собой полотенце (хотя бы маленькое).Ибо на пляж нам выдавали полотенце 2 дня. - можно взять свою кружку, но одноразовые стаканы при нас выкидывали. - берите много крема от загара. Сгорели в первые дни. - самый сезон с июня до ноября. Декабрь - март ветра могут быть сильные. Идеальный месяц- октябрь - оставляйте чаевые. Шоколадки, лекарства примитивные (но-шпа, парацетамол, спазган) местные будут рады, а нам не трудно В целом, исключая момент переселения и проблем с полотенцем, все было отлично. 👍

Огромные очереди в столовой, персонала мало или они не успевают, салфеток не хватает, еда на троечку, но иногда бывает рыба, что для бюджетных отелей кубы - редкость, развлечения были, пляж прекрасный, как и везде в варадеро, инет работает, но постоянно нужно переподклбчаться, а алякарт удалось сходить 1 раз, но там была та же еда, невкусно, в лобби баре коктейли и алкоголь посредственные, но я почти не пью, мне все равно было, попробовал и ладно, номер с утюгом, феном, ванной, тв, все работает.

Just returned from this great hidden gem . Over 20 times of being here and we have never been disappointed. The workers here are not just plan workers they are family to us and make anyone feel welcome and happy. From Douglas meeting and greeting you when you arrive .Next off to the hair salon for braiding by Aida.The animation team Robert,Bonbon,Lachy,Robertone and Bearline , always make you feel welcome and encourage new people to join in on the activities .The buffet boss Yisel makes sure you have everything you need .Yoennys &Yanami are waiting for you in the VIP room and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need . Omar one of the best bartenders at this resort is on the south side at night , we sure miss this talent during our stay at the pool bar and lobby bar hope he gets moved back soon. Lastly chef Lliana, you knock it out of the park .Your food you make is out of this world .And the birthday super plus cake was the best . This night was wonderful with all of our Cuban and Canadian family .As my wife said you and the rest of our Cuban family know how to make a person feel loved . Thanks for all you did during my wife's birthday ..all of you This resort is the best because of the workers .This is the reason we return to our home away from home yearly. Even when times are tough for the people of cuba and the resort . The workers go above and beyond to make sure your stay is one you will remember . We love our Cuban home ,Brisas del Caribe and look forward to retuning again. See You Soon with 2 new guest

This was our 8 time in this resort...we had great time the staff in the buffet restaurant was great ...they were very young but friendly and great souls always ready to help if there was a problem...the manager of the restaurant always greeted us with a smile and breakfast cook made us yammy omelets....roomed are very standard but clean...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks solo, Very friendly staff, food was better than expected. Beach is nice and well maintained The room was air conditioned and very clean everything working great, Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Brisas del Caribe is a large resort. We were received very well at the reception. The food was sufficient and well prepared. there are many salads and sauces. There is no ketchup and mustard. There were a few days when there was no coffee at the bar, but there was tea. We brought hot chocolate from home for our son and we received hot water from the bar or from the buffet restaurant. The room was clean and the air conditioning was good, we received water in the room every day and the towels for the bathroom were changed every day. towels for the beach are included but I received them only after 3 days because they didn't have enough towels or the laundry didn't go well. I had internet the whole time, it's included and we connected again and again but it went well. It's good to take a towel for the beach from home, make sure you have it. The beach is beautiful and the water in the ocean is clear. The resort is large with many stairs and an elevator. But it is difficult for people in wheelchairs to walk there. I had a pleasant vacation. All the workers at Brisas were very nice and work hard to make everyone happy.

I hope this feedback will reach hotel management while I m still here and alive. Upon our arrival initially we were delivered to the room with ruined bath. We asked to change room- that was solved by nice guy at the reception. Then we asked for beach towels- 3d day with still don’t have them (they says issues with laundry)! Then we asked to add then towels to the room for we can go to the beach, they provided only 1 towel for 2 adults persons…then we returned to the room after beach and discovered that in the room rest only 1 towel for 2 persons… we again went for reception to ask the help… (I don’t put a lot of details regarding dirty linens) and today is the top. I slept in the room , in bed, not dressed and room service women entered to the room, saw me and cross the room and started to check the towels…. It was above any of my limits regarding hospitality and respect! I was pissed of and screamed a lot. Finally they found for us additional room towels (after all this drama). I returned from beach (I really need to go to toilet) and cannot open the door with my key card. Remember : I really need a toilet and my way from room to reception is 5 min, I was thinking ok, I can use toilet at the bar near buy our block of room (block E) I entered to the toilet and no toilet paper- it was worker at the bar I asked his help, he like in slow mode regime went to toilet to check I asked him to hurry up, he entered to toilet and said no paper, I was shocked I ran to the reception (we remember I still crazy want to toilet) and asked for help, lady (just not sure lady can act as following) told me to wait, she was speaking with tour agency representative, I said I cannot wait and explained her the situation, she said wait, I started to be really irritated, she told to go and to check! The toilet paper at toilet at lobby, I ran there and what do you think?- no toilet paper! And in addition I cut my finger with old paper holder, my finger started to bleed, I ran back the reception, I started to cry and ask her why why she treated me as animal, they told me to calm down! I showed them my bleeding finger- do u think she proposed me any help or went to toilet to check with her own eyes that there is no toilet paper! No! With arrogant face she gave me new card to open room, I was crying she looked ant me and said: what else you want from me!. When we asked to call manager - manager is never available… and after all this with bleeding finger I was obliged to go back to my room to make my toilet! It took like 20-25 mins… just imagine. I don’t have over expectation about Cuba, this is not my fist time at Cuba and my first visit made me fall in love with this place , 3 previous days in Havana in this visit made me fall in love with Cuban people… but this hotel is ….. add yourself based on this story.
