Great place just near the airport. Free and fast transfer takes only 15 minutes. Free and very tasty breakfast with warm food. Hotel also also have small dining area where you can warmup own food in microwave.

Great stay - very clean, modern, well connected with the bus. Really good breakfast!

空港からはシャトルバスが出ていて、42番のバス停から乗れます、30分間隔くらいで運行してるみたいで助かります チェックインはスムーズで生年月日とパスポート番号、住所、同伴者の名前、最後にサインでオッケー、受付のお姉さんもゆっくり英語で話してくれたのなんとなく理解できました、ありがとうございます。 その後搭乗券の印刷とお湯がないか聞いて、階段降りたころに湯沸かし器と電子レンジあるから使って、併せて男性スタッフがフォーク使っていいぞって言ってくれたのでカップ麺夜飯に食べれました。 搭乗券印刷も快諾していただきとても助かりました。 他の方も口コミて書いてるが、空港行きのシャトルバスが8時55分が最終なのは困る、せめてチェックアウト時間までは運行してほしい。 でもヘルシンキはUberでタクシー呼べたからオッケー、9€でした！

很喜歡酒店的氛圍，有機場接駁車，晚上在大堂裏，點杯啤酒🍺，爽歪歪。 負一有桑拿房，晚上6-8女士，8-10男士，舒服

I unexpectedly had a 1 day layover in Helsinki and had to make arrangements last minute. If you are a woman alone traveling and need a fast and safe place to stay this is absolutely a great choice. The shuttle was on time, the hotel was clean and accommodating. My room was small as expected but clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The restaurant was good as well and the server was a delightful man with a sense of humor. If I’m ever in this situation again I won’t hesitate to come back.

I ordered wakeup call 05.00 am in the morning,because i had two flight to catch on my way from Finland. But no reception call in the morning. Lucky for me,i wake up 05.15 for a pee,so i hurry to the airport and reach my first flight from Finland. I told the reception what happen if dont wake up? and loose my both flights?? Pilot Airport Hotel will then have to by me new tickets,and that will have cost them a lot of euro. But i have heard nothing from them. At least the should give me a refund for that night. I am very disappointed.

All are really good. Clean, safe, reliable free transportation from hotel to airport and wise versus. I will be stay again next time

The hotel is perfect for airport stays if you have a connecting or early flight the next day. The staff was super friendly and everything was really clean. Breakfast was delicious with many choices (also many glutenfree choices!). Only possible improvement could be a more comfortable sofa bed, because the one in the room wasn't very comfortable for adults. We would definitly stay there again!

We were in Finland for geocaching. The hotel service was great as was all the staff we met. Breakfast was good except for the coffee. Very weak! We ate dinner one evening and had very good food and fantastic service.

1)Hotel Staff provided perfect instructions to catch the Shuttle to arrive at the hotel 2)Good for international travelers to spare a day 3)Good Complimentary breakfast, lots of options for vegetarian and vegan people 4)Room is well equipped with all amenities I will visit Helsinki/Lapland again with enough time to explore..

Free airport shuttle, wonderful buffet breakfast included and the best salmon dinner that we have eaten in the hotel dining room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This was an awesome experience! Stuff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is unbeatable, wifi, TV, and soundproofed door, windows, walls (it was so quiet!), bed is comfortable, sheets are nice. The shuttle works great.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities. I thought it was at the airport though when I booked, because if the name 😊
