We stayed just one night here because we needed a budget stay close to the Airport. We were very impressed with the facilities provided here - a large kitchen well supplied with cooking implements for preparing a meal if you wish. Coffee and tea provided. I found a delightful green tea and made a pot of delicious and refreshing tea before bed. Our room was all that we needed and it was a short walk from the Marine Skytrain station. Excellent wifi and everything a traveller needs to reset. Thanks Marpole for making us feel so welcome.

Did not see owner/manager/operator (or anybody else for that matter - we were the only ones there). All communication was electronic. Was a nice enough house. Parking was on the street - the closest we could park when we arrived was half a block away. There was a kitchen available which would be useful if a person was staying multiple days.

Owners communicate quickly. The property is very clean. We stayed in the king bedroom one night before leaving in the early morning for a flight. This property is located near the airport.

The place was clean and very comfortable. The bus stops, glocery store, and restaurants were in walkable distance.

Interior design was pleasing to the eye and gave me a sense of comfort, similar to one I have at my home.

The property was very clean, bathroom was new and very clean. $23 uber to either arena. Nice area. Host was very sweet and organized. Bring ear plugs for morning traffic noise if you are not from a big city.

Uncomfortably cold bedroom and bathroom - no heat control
Owner pesters guests to leave shoes at door but shoes could be stolen, floor is cold and stairway rug has dirty stains.
For $190, I'm wearing my shoes
No facecloth in bathroom
Cheap, flimsy shower curtain, water all over floor
Entrance walkway in disrepair, needs rebuild and fresh paint.
Vent for fireplace sticking out at face height in narrow walkway. Bumped head and scratched expensive sunglasses
25 min busride from everything but at least its close to busline Expensive even at half the price

Took my daughter to a concert. Very clean house and a super host. Comfy bed and very clean brand new modern bathroom. Only a $24 uber to either arena. I would definitely return to this guest house. We reserved the blue room with the private bathroom. Bring earplugs if you are not used to morning traffic noise, which I am not as I live in a small, quiet area.
