the receptionist and the staff at the bar were so nice. there are gym room and hot tub for customers.

Love the Granville Island Hotel, ( My fourth visit in 3 years) as I love Granville Island and the market. Saw information showing that they were offering a credit to be applied towards breakfast. When enquiring was told that it was only applicable if I booked directly, and not thru' a booking agency. eg Trip.Com

Granville Island is a great place for its public market, artisan shops and the lovely and convenient water taxis to help get around downtown Vancouver. The Hotel is perfectly located on the north end waterfront.
The room was clean and comfortable although before checkout we saw that the bed skirt had something spilled on it by a prior guest. Also, the bed was uneven, with one side providing good support and the other was soft and led to a bad night’s sleep.
Service at the hotel was good but the server at the restaurant was either inexperienced or a little inept. Another disappointment was that they had a bike rental stand that never had bikes to rent despite promoting it as an option.
All in all, a good stay, but not a great stay. Glad I saved money on trip.com but I’ll look for a different hotel next time.

그랜빌 아일랜드와 가까와 예약했는데 일정이 늦어져 주변을 보지못하고 체크아웃해서 호텔을 잘 모르겠다. 그러나 그랜빌아일랜드를 하루 둘러보고 떠나는 여행객들에겐 추천하고싶다

1，位置絕佳。位於格蘭威爾島，這是温哥華著名的休閑區域，類似798，是舊工業區改造，非常多的餐館和飲品店、畫廊和工藝品作坊、最著名的是public market，裏面農產品、食品、餐飲聚集，人潮洶湧。住這裏非常方便在小島上閑逛。不愛熱鬧的，可以沿島外圍步行，海灣景色盡收眼底。
2、酒店衞生、服務都中規中矩，星級酒店標準。房內設施基本齊全，甚至有密碼保險箱。沒有開水壺，對愛喝熱水的國人是個麻煩。我們房間沙發床有點老舊，容易偏，沙發彈簧局部凹陷。

Very pleasant and polite staff at check-in; and helpful for any questions that arose. Great location, with parking right outside the front door, and umbrellas to use during walks in the rain.
The chocolates left on our bed were a lovely surprise.

Always enjoy the location and staff. The Dockside restaurant has wonderful food and service. Clean rooms and halls. Could use some work as hallways getting worn and our room had a couple lamps that worked but were broken

Everything was so easy. From check in to check out, the staff and facilities were wonderful. Highly recommend breakfast in the Dockside Restaurant.

Wonderful location in Granville Island, easy access parking, friendly staff, nice rooms, a quality restaurant in the hotel — truly a special place to stay when visiting Vancouver.
