Our room was exceptional, as was the staff–so courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We were tired from our trip and decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel and our dinners were also very good. Our waitress was a Vietnamese student and as sweet as they come! If you want to walk to the port and can manage your luggage it is also doable. It's a downhill walk too, which makes it easier. We were threatened with rain on our day to leave, so the frontdesk had a taxi waiting for us when we checked out. So glad we picked this for our overnight stay before our cruise and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Close to shops. We asked to have a late check out because we were waiting to embark on a cruise, but were told no. We only wanted to stay 2 hours later, but they could not accommodate us. Not happy. There was no porter to help with our cases when we checked in. The bed was too soft - I had a sore back the next morning. Shower was way too small, considering the size of the bathroom. There is not much choice with the tv channels. Have to pay to watch movies. Kettle is far too small. There are only 2 tea bags.

This is a fine hotel in the heart of Vancouver, very close walk to great dining and the Queen Elizabeth Theatre (where we took in a show). Highly recommended.

My experience at L’Hermitage exceeded my expectations from the check in process, to my entry into the roomy unit that was very clean and comfortable.
I will look forward to my next visit there.

The staff gave us an amazing greeting at check in. The location is so close to the best places in Vancouver. The bed was incredibly comfy

Fabulous hotel in a perfect central location. Staff super friendly and helpful, room was gorgeous, food was excellent.

Nice hotel with great staff right in the heart of the city. High quality everything and scrupulously clean.
Only downside is traffic noise and constant hum from the ac units I think from the lane behind the pool area

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is part of a residential building, so has a boutique feel with small number of rooms. The room was quiet & comfortable. A great option when you want a calm oasis in the middle of the city.
