The hotel facilities are not new but we'll maintained. Rooms are small. Bed is quite comfortable except pillows which are hard and lumpy. Towels a bit worn but clean. The most problem for late arrival is that shuttle bus works till 23.30, and there are no convenient way for pedestrian from the airport. A taxi costs 20 Euro for just 3 minutes drive.

The only issue is that it is not accessible with normal transport card. You need to pay separately for the airport bus to get there which is 3 euros ticket each time. Rest is good.

beautiful place near the hotel. do not go there by walking, take a taxi or the bus and they will left you in front of the hotel the personal helped me a lot with last time booking

Room is clean and big. Shuttle bus direct from airport. Booked the breakfast buffet and there was a variety of food.

Perfect location as airport hotel. Very convenience coz hv free shuttle bus transfer every 30 mins and only 5 mins to arr brussels airport.  Room is not new or modern but cozy & delightful.  Bathroom is big separated bathroom & toilet. And hv bathtub. Amenities has only primary things (not shower cap / lotion etc)

Perfect hotel close to the airport for a quick sleep, shower and back on a plane. The room was spacious with a couch and lovely shower. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and when I emailed them to ask where to find the bus, they emailed me back within minutes. Only problem I had was the pillows. They feel a bit lumpy. But otherwise a great hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff.

Convenient location with free airport shuttle bus. Bus is big and can fit many people and luggage. Rooms are quite dated though, but still ok since it is just for 1 night

I asked for late check-out and reception was very accommodating. The room is big and the beds comfy. The view from the courtyard was surprising. Often hotel airports have very industrial views but from my large windows I could see the grassy courtyard, and Flemish houses bathed in evening sunlight. Nice. !

You cannot really walk to this hotel (it takes over 30min along highway -likevairport roads and through a reasonably nice residential area). If you take a taxi anyway, better choose a hotel in a nicer part of Brussels or closer to your destination. - I read in some reviews that walking was possible and booked it therefore to have an easy accommodation after arriving by flight at Brussels airport around 22:30. Wrong. I ruined my shoes on the bad roads. Check-in is as incredibly slow, retyping everything that I entered already during the booking process, as always in accor hotels, staff was very friendly but did not even find glue for my shoes, bar was closed after 23, only sweets and soft drinks could have been purchased in the so-called Boutique Gourmande. My single room booked at a ridiculously expensive rate was crammed with four beds (double bed and unfolded sofa with 2 mattresses and bedding) almost no space to use the desk. Only one coffee pad, though, for the Nespresso machine (and 1 decaf) so they had time to remove the unpaid coffee pads but not the unwanted hyperbedding. There are so beautiful hotels or Airbnbs in downtown Brussels. This here is only for Belgian families who want to leave their car over vacation in the hotel garage (I do hope they offer that service at least but have not confirmed).

The counter staff was very nice and the shuttle bus was very frequent and driving very fastly!

Fabulous room, very quiet. Beautiful mattress, pillows. Bathtub and shower separate. Be aware shuttle bus is limited in hours see the picture below. Delicious breakfast huge range. Book in room or pay 24 euro extra.
