Excelente servicio

The hotel staff greeted me upon my arrival and made me feel very welcomed. After checking in, the security staff took my luggage to my room and showed how to get to the nearby shopping mall. The room had AC and hot water.

Everything was excellent. Service, comfort, good location, staff and very comfortable bed.

General Manager María Fernanda and manager in charge Lady, both went beyond in customer Service. They personally took care of my issues in a satisfactory manner. Excellent service from all. Thank you

I was at the hotel for 8 days due to a business trip. The hotel is nice, clean, and has a good location but it is very noisy. The last night I could not sleep due to a party that was held at the hotel event room, I called several times to the front desk to complain and they did not pick up the phone. They don't have any consideration for the guest that stay there, they just care about making more business. The other nights, I heard also noise coming from other rooms, maybe the walls are very thin and the noise filters easily. I have to say that received an apology letter after my check out but I don't think that it was enough for the terrible night. Breakfast was okay, nothing really impressive to be a "5 stars hotel". I would not stay there again and I can not recommend to anybody to do so either. Estuve en el hotel durante 8 días debido a un viaje de negocios. El hotel es agradable, limpio y tiene una buena ubicación, pero es muy ruidoso. La última noche no pude dormir por una fiesta que se hacía en el salón de eventos del hotel, llamé varias veces a recepción para quejarme y no me contestaron. No tienen ninguna consideración por el huésped que se queda allí. Solo les importa hacer más dinero. Las otras noches, también escuché ruido proveniente de otras habitaciones, tal vez las paredes son muy delgadas y el ruido se filtra fácilmente. Debo decir que recibí una carta de disculpa después de mi salida, pero no creo que haya sido suficiente por la terrible noche.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service very good and great complementary breakfast.

Very secure place in this city.
