予約したが、スケジュール変更のため、泊まることができなかった。こちらのページを通して、キャンセルの申込を行ったが、却下された。
ファルケンブルフの街には行ったが、まるで絵本のような素敵な街だったので、次は泊まりに行きたい。

飯店蠻新的，適合自駕遊，離公共交通設施比較遠。房間設備簡單。停車場有點小距離，且需要額外付費。建議晚上8點以後，可以停附近的路邊停車格，不用另外付費。

Nice, modern hotel. Reception staff super friendly and received a free welcome drink. It was fun playing games in the evening. Area looks nice also. Free parking. Only thing missing in the room were extra pillows , shower cap, tissues and it was very warm in the room. Even with the Windows open.

Great hotel for cycling purpose in Valkenburg. Great cycling facilities like a secure bike storage and extra shower facilities for cleaning yourself up after a bike ride (even when you’re already checked out). The standard rooms are pretty spacious and have just the facilities you need. Breakfast was good as well.

It was a very clean and modern hotel and i really enjoyed my stay! We had a lovely time with the family All the staff members were really nice and always kind.

- The airconditioning wasn't working. Unfortunatly no other room available. Had to sleep with the window open to cool the room, but at 7.15 am the garbage truck came under my room. So that was a short night. + The staff was very helpfull, very nice breakfast and near the city centre

The Reception staff much improved since our last visit. They were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is comfortable and in a great location. Parking continues to be a problem - there isn’t any! You need to pay and park on the street which is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Mooi hotel, erg vriendelijk personeel. Mooie en nette hotelkamers. Ligging 1 km van het centrum. Vond het jammer dat de auto elders geparkeerd moest worden tegen betaling (van 11:00 uur tot 20:00 uur) en dat het op zo'n vijf minuten loopafstand ligt. We hebben 1 ochtend ontbijt genomen en dat was goed maar niet bijzonder. Verder vind ik dat in deze tijd de televisie wel wat meer modernere functies mag hebben, in ieder geval een paar streaming diensten. Over de WIFI overigens niets te klagen.
