A great place to stay and discover Valencia. Situated a few meters from the City of Arts and Science, hemisphere and oceanographic museum. The personal is absolutely nice and available to make your stay nice and easy. Meals and breakfasts were tasty and always served with high quality service. Great personal at the restaurant too.

Perfect location, very comfortable and well priced flat, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back to both Valencia and these flats in the future. It's very nice to have the El Bar restaurant downstairs, open 24/7 to get food when you don't feel like cooking.

This was an absolutely brilliant place to stay in Valencia. The staff on reception are exceptional. So helpful, and accommodating. The inclusive breakfast was so lovely, and when. We had to leave before service began to catch an early flight the staff arranged a packed breakfast, which lasted us breakfast and lunch! It was so huge. They accommodated my daughter’s food allergies wonderfully as well which was so wonderful. The location is brilliant for the aquarium and city of arts and sciences, and a short bus ride to the beach or old town as well. As it’s a more residential area it’s a bit quieter at night. The road is a little bit noisy, but it’s a city so it’s expected. The restaurant downstairs is lovely, we had some great tapas on our first evening as well. 4 days wasn’t enough really!!

Central location. Walking distance to the old town and to the beach. We needed only 50 minutes to the beach. Spacious room and very clean. Resaurants available and a choice of supermarkets one of which is open over the weekend. The reception is available 24 hrs and very friendly service. Fluent in English and Spanish of course ;-)

Reception staff are available 24/7 and are very friendly and speak perfect English. Everyday supplies including water, coffees etc, are always free and no questions ever asked. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and fully equipped. It was a pleasant stay.

This was a great place to stay. Lots of space and well appointed kitchen - not that we used it much. We were just a couple but it would also be ideal for a family. The most impressive thing though was the welcome at reception from Teresa who is an absolute star and a credit to this business. She should be appointed as CEO before long if they have any sense as she can multi task, speaks several languages, can anticipate visitor's needs and sees the bigger picture as well.

It was fulfilling experience, we were two adults and two kids, the bedrooms were perfect. The location of the flats is very close to the sites that we wanted to visit, we have breakfast booked and it was delicious. If one want to eat traditional cuisine there are plenty of options around

Beautiful and modern Apartments. Excellent breakfast on the 1st floor. Friendly staff especially Grees. Personal thanks to manager Pablo. Always answered all our questions and requests. We received a compliment for our wedding anniversary ❤️.

Very friendly helpful welcoming reception staff. Excellent food in the restaurant especially breakfast, with great service. Clean modern flats with very large comfy bed, contains all the amenities you need! Would definitely stay there again.
