Terrible service, not professional! I paid the room by trip, but charged again when checking in! And argued many times to them for my money back, but low efficient work they done! Till now no money back! And no response yet!

Best service at the front desk! The staff really went out of it's way for us, gave us the best trip advices and overall great service. For a family with to kids this is an rally good option with the pool and the tennis court.

Breakfast is really good. And staff is helpfull

During the COVID the hotel renewed the bar area which I like more than the previous location. I think the rooms and bathrooms were also renewed, they are nice and feels modern. The offer of the restaurant is a bit narrow and also the variety of the breakfast was better in the past. The stuff is friendly and helpful as always.

Outstanding personel thar offers very good service and advice. We stayed there for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The pool is great with heated water. And there is many facilities to enjoy. Everything is clean and up to date.

Disappointing, no hot water for several days.

Hôtel en pleine forêt. Parfait pour se ressourcer et s'écarter de la foule et du bruit des grandes villes à proximité. Petit déjeuner au top. Les employés sont souriant, professionnels et à l'écoute. J espère pouvoir revenir cette été en famille cette fois-ci.

Albergo nuovo, grande e molto pulito. In albergo il personale parla solo francese ed inglese e non viene fatto apparentemente nessuno sforzo per aiutare i clienti di altre lingue per comunicare con il personale: pecca incomprensibile in una catena di alberghi internazionale e a 4 stelle. Colazione internazionale ma non molto ricca né variegata. La cena buona ma semplice, i piatti appoggiavano direttamene sul tavolo senza un sottopiatto o una tovaglietta. Camere spaziose ma poco illuminate. Carina l'idea di riservare per i clienti alcuni tavoli con dei giochi da svolgere nella serata.

Excellent séjour avec un groupe d'amis "Bourguignons 89" 42 personnes pour le carnaval de Nice. Personnel efficace très sympathique Julie ect....Restauration au top. Je reviendrai avec plaisir parmi vous. Bonne continuation, bravo.

Niché en contrebas de la forêt de Valbonne cet hôtel adapté aux clients d’affaires à deux pas de Sophia Antipolis est aussi un havre de paix pour tous les publics. Le jardin est idyllique avec une très belle piscine et une vaste terrasse extérieure. Séjour d’une nuit très agréable. Seul bémol: la restauration On dirait que la chaîne Accor a abandonné les fourneaux et n’est plus qu’un marchand de sommeil de luxe. De grâce arrêtez vos «  bocaux » avec une nourriture insipide et revenez à la vraie cuisine.
