Beautiful property from the outside with lots of character but the rooms are quite sterile. Reception area is like a back office and should be a warmer first impression.
Restaurant was good- two young waiters ran the whole service with efficiency and friendliness.
Nowhere to have a pre-dinner drink as reception closed at 8pm. No desert wine on offer in the restaurant which is odd in France.
Maybe in high season there is more atmosphere.

we arrived quite late without a dinner reservation. They sat us immediately. The staff was amazingly accommodating, our room was gorgeous and spacious. We could not have asked for more!!

Que dire de cet hôtel sinon : Félicitations ! Tout est parfait. L’emplacement est top pour visiter les gorges de l’Ardeche. Le cadre est magnifique, chambres superbes, très confortable, restaurant délicieux. Les propriétaires et le personnel disponibles et adorables Et ce qui ne gâte rien un excellent rapport qualité /prix ! A recommander +++

Tout était parfait. un lieu extraordinaire. le couvent a été modifié en hôtel de luxe avec goût tout en respectant le lieu. Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain. Le lit très confortable. Le tout très propre. Le Restaurant est digne d'un restaurant étoilé. Le repas servi dehors était un bon moment. Les propriétaires sont présents et n'hésitent pas à commenter cette aventure de modifier un couvent en hôtel somptueux. Nous y retourneront avec plaisir.

L'hôtel se trouve au sud de l'Ardèche dans cadre idyllique. Les propriétaires nous accueillent très chaleureusement et les prestations de hôtel sont excellentes. Restaurant de grande qualité. Merci pour ce weekend

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à l hôtel du couvent ! Le lieu est sublime, les Hôtes adorables et nous donnent plein de conseils ! Oui avons beaucoup apprécié leur générosité et gentillesse !j ai hâte d y retourner ! Je recommande vivement 💕👌✨
