All over nice experience. Nice food. Nice staff,good service ..checking the process is fast . The check out process is fast . No wait . In room dine food is really very good. The hotel interior is good. The room is really good . Breakfast is really good. It's a mix of gujrati,south Indian ,and north side food .all over very good and nice hotel

So this was the first time we were travelling with our 16 month old daughter and were worried about what would she eat. She has only eaten home cooked Khichdi, oats, poha etc. But from the moment we checked in Vivanta was so accommodative for the daughters food. They assured we will give you baby food 24/7 whenever you request for it. The rooms were amazing, the service was fantastic. The pool area was clean and not crowded with temperate controlled water. The breakfast service was great, when i requested the manager that if we can take a little pongal in a cup to the room to feed with banana. They were so generous to say "why do you even ask Sir". Please gp ahead. If you want some milk, we will send that too. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a fantastic experience. We had a flight at 7am in the morning,so they packed amazing 2 box of breakfast with eggs, bread, fruits, cakes. Great Hospitality by the fantastic staff.

Excellent service from the time we arrived as Taj always makes you feel welcome and special. Though we were assigned a Twin room due to limited availability it was comfortable enough for us to rest after a tiring trip from Ajmer. In the morning Ms. Neelima and Chef Tanaji ensured we were well fed before starting again on a long drive back home. Really appreciate each and every gesture by team Taj to ensure a comfortable stay. We stayed her for one night. The first impression of the hotel was a something similar to an elegant business hotel that had started aging. Check in Experience - the check in was smooth and we were quickly allocated a room. No welcome drink was served Room - this was where we were disappointed. The room was well equipped with all amenities but it clearly had seen better days. There was a recliner in the room which was broken. The bath tub had stains and so did the shower curtain. The dustbin was stained and rusted. Sleep Quality - the bed was comfortable and sleep quality was good. Food - we were served burnt pizza in the evening. This was after they refused to serve us a half n half pizza. We had to call the chef and ask him to make one. They made it reluctantly but eventually burnt it The Breakfast Buffet was really elaborate and good. Loved the local Gujrati dishes and otherwise also the food was very good. Service - the Service was really a mixed bag. We enjoyed the hospitality in bits and pieces. Some of the staff were really good while some seemed really indifferent. It actually left us feeling unpleasant. Location - Centerally located and very convenient for Airport and Train station Overall, the Tajness (Quality of Service) that the IHCL Group pride itself was clearly missing. Will definitely will not recommend this hotel.

Well, had an amazing experience at Vivanta Vadodara..Hotel and restaurant looks pretty clean,upkeep and well maintained. Had dinner at Mint restaurant. Welcome drink offered once arrived. Services were on detailed and personalised. Food presentations were eye appealing and taste was the best. Overall was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Definitely want to mention some of the friendly and amazing staffs who made our dinner more delightful. Special thanks to Sunil at Mint restaurant who found going above and extra mile to make us comfortable and made sure everything goes well..Also Pradeep,Malvika,Durgesh,Vinay were some of the great staffs who always found very attentive,cheerful and take care of every small needs. Finally met Jhillik at front desk,so pleasant and cheerful she was. Kudos to entire Vivanta Vadodara team setting and maintaining the TAJ brand value

My special reserved thanks & top ranking for two of your front office & reservation staff one is Mr Gopal & Mr Karishma from Vivanta. They have taken care of every guest on expected way & meeting the most of the requirements very smoothly. Keep it up & hope/wish to revisit again for a long stay.

I, ***** with my wife stayed for a couple of days at Vivanta, Vadodara in the middle of August 2024. It was nice gesture on the part of management to include us in the Independence Day function (which fell during our stay) celebrated on the premises. There were some minor washroom related issues in our room which were promptly addressed by Mr. Ashish at the Front Office, which I appreciate. Also, I would like to place on record our appreciation for the warmth in service provided by Mr. Rajendra Sane and Ms. Nilima Joshi during our stay. Their personal attention to our convenience is to be appreciated.
