Ballena Paradise Condos

This is a nice, spacious apar**ent/condo. Don't let the dirt road it is on concern you...the apar**ent is newer and nice, and in a private gated compound. Rooms were clean and spacious (ours was a two bedroom). Small pool available.

The pictures do not do this apart hotel justice. It is very new, clean, well stocked with kitchen appliances, tableware, and the bedrooms are nice a spacious. The AC works nicely in both bedrooms. The parking is spacious for each unit and it's a safe let gated property. The only items I would advise the property is to fix one of the windows so it doe lock. However, not a huge deal since it’s in a gated location

Very nice property, safe, very clean and hygienic. Staff is very courteous and extremely vigilant big on security. Don't worry area is safe. Walkable to local restaurants and national park (Parque Ballena). Park is about 8 min walk to entrance and a 3 min. walk to nearest restaurant (Mediterranean food) also another excellent choice friendly staff.

Awesome location walking distance to the beach (5 minutes). Small Apartahotel with only 8 units. Caretaker was awesome and condo was well appointed and very clean. Property is 5 years old but looks new.

Beautiful property with 2-bedroom apar**ent. The pool is amazing, and the owners are lovely and accommodating.

The Hotel is new, modern and clean. It is just a short walk to Ballena National Park beach and a couple of shops and restaurants. It feels a little more like a sharp apar**ent than a cosy hotel but my two young girls loved splashing around in the small but pretty pool. I would definitely return.

Nice condo close to everything in Uvita.

The Hotel is really really nice with 8-guest rooms. Yauczela, Our on-site manager was such a pleasure deal with. She looked after everything at the hotel. If we had a question about great restaurants to try or places to go to she was quick with a reply and she did not disappoint. The hotel is with in easy walking distance to "Parque Nacional Marino Ballena" the Ballena Marine National Park. A great way to spend a day walking out to the whales tail as the tide moves out. The ocean here is Magnificent watch for birds and wildlife in the forest... Theirare plenty of close by restaurants and bars but far enough away so as not to hear any noise after dark. We had wonderful sleeps as each bed room has a A/C unit. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal or make some coffee. Lots of large birds in the area. The pool and lounge area were first rate. the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for everything Yauczela.... During the rainy season the road into the hotel is a little rough as they do not re-grade the roads until the rainy season is finished. Drive slow.
