A charming resort with outstanding views. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. We were only here for one night so did not have a chance to try the dinner. Thank you Lalith for your excellent service.

Situated besides the main road in the junction heading to Little Adams Peak. As the name implies the hotel, specially the front area is covered with flowers of various kinds. It’s beautiful flower garden. Added to this there’re colorful birds who are treat to watch. Rooms are clean and tidy. They are very spacious. Breathtaking views of Ella rock can be seen from the room. The rooms are built in such a way that you can enjoy the nature from your bed. The bath is also spacious and attractive. They have a nice little restaurant which has elegant look specially at night. Food was good. The dinner was given Ala carte and had few choices but had good portion sizes. Restaurant or room dinner can be arranged. The breakfast was buffet with reasonable selection. The staff is friendly and helpful, specially the restaurant staff.

I visit the restaurant and eat some food .The food was ok.The service from Sandum was perfect.Nice and happy guy.The restaurant is perfect to visit when you have climbing Little Adams Peak and visit Nine arche bridge.They have also cleaned toilets

After our previous hotel has raised the bar, we had to hop on the famous train ride from nuvaraeliya to Ella. After enjoying the scenic train ride, we reached the hotel. Our room had huge balcony and it over viewed the valley. To our luck, we got rains and entire valley was covered with cloud and fog. Infact we felt we were staying in clouds. The view was amazing One point of improvement for hotel is to improve on their services. The food service is pretty slow and they do not have plenty of veg options. I had to wait for more than half hour for my food to arrive. I think on this front hotel can improve to attract more Indian travellers. The staff was super helpful when my wife got stung by leech. She cleaned and applied oin**ent such that there was no further escalation. Hats off to her The staff over there was also friendly. They were ready to help and arrange for alternative. The hotel is also near to famous tourist destination of Ella. However they should indicate that it is far and is full trek so be prepared while leaving from hotel to this tourist place.

The service was really good.was very friendly and very hospitable.The food was really great.Was perfectly decorated.The view from the restaurant was really magnificent and scenaristic.We enjoyed it very much.Thank you for everything.

This hotel was amazing! We loved the views and all the flowers. The room was the perfect size & had everything we need (aircon, nice shower, nice balcony etc). The staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. Especially Lalith who took my Coeliac (Gluten Free) condition very seriously and made me feel very safe! He explained exactly what I could & couldnt eat. We also loved chatting to him! Also the hotel was a easy walk or tuktuk into town. Would definitely recommend staying here!

One of my favourite places we stayed in Sri Lanka! The views are stunning and the gardens are beautiful. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We especially appreciated Lalith who was absolutely lovely and took my friends food allergies very seriously, including taking the time to go through each item of the breakfast buffet to make sure it was safe for her to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable and included everything we needed for our stay.

Ella Flower Garden Resort was one of the best hotels with a nice environment and a friendly staff . We stayed for 2 nights there and gathered a collection of unforgettable memories. The staff warmly welcomed us and they were very friendly. Special thanks for Lalith, Pramoth, Shantha, Pubudu, Nilakshi and Ayesha. We got to experience so many things there in Ella thanks to the suggestions they did voluntarily. When it comes to food, they always had a variety of choices that we could select from and the food was very delicious too. The room was clean, quiet spacious and even had a large balcony with a great view of Ella rock. It is worthy enjoying some cup of tea or dinner at the balcony while having a little chat with your loved ones. The hotel has a stunning view of Ella mountain range and the plants and flowers that have grown there add more beauty to it. If you are looking for a picturesque place to stay, Ella Flower Garden Resort must be at the top place of your list. It is also located near the trailhead of Little Adam's Peak where you can enjoy a nice sunrise or sunset if you visit on a day with nice weather. The Flying Ravana mega zipline and Ravana pool club are also located in this trailhead which means you can tick off so many things from your Ella bucket list.
