Hotel is a building site which was not disclosed. Work, to their credit, didn’t start until 8am but the whole building was covered in dust My bedroom window overlooks rows upon rows of corrugated roofs, the fist no more than 2 meters from the window and (thankfully?) blocking 50% of the view

We booked for a night with our dog on the way to the Bilbao ferry. The young man on reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, good aircon and the most amazing shower! We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The snails were fantastic but the pasta starter was poor and the fish like old boits. The staff seemed to be in a rush and when my husband asked for his very rare steak to be cooked up the waitress tried to argue that that was the way it was supposed to be. Reluctantly they cooked it further. The restaurant lets the hotel down and we probably won't visit again.

This was badically a functional stay to break up a longer trip and be able to pop into nearby Zaragoza for a quick visit. It completely fulfilled the brief, offering a convenient and comfortable stopover. The welcome on arrival was particularly warm, friendly, and helpful, and although staff were very apologetic about inconvenience due to alterations taking place, we were not aware of any problems.
The situation, on the edge of a commercial suburb, might not be to everyone's liking, but it was convenient and more thsn than adequate for our purposes.

Arrived tired took a while to check in basic accomodation no facilities to make a drink in room restaurant very helpful and food was good but inadequate heating and bedding was cold all night definate smell from bathroom of sewage quite sickening in the morning considering you can have a luxury two bed apar**ent with pool sun terrace and all mod cons for less money per night in campaomore dissapointing

Hotel room was tired, bathroom door frames damaged and grubby, sink hole in bath rusty. Wood chip wall paper. The curtains did not pull completely across the window. The internet connection was poor. However all the team were excellent. The restaurant was just amazing. We had a truly memorable dinner. I appreciate that the hotel is reasonably priced and in an industrial area which may not make it cost effective to upgrade.
