Excellent hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful view . Has a small kitchen. The sitting room is very spacious. Would love to stay again. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice and friendly. The lobby area needs some improvement and the carpets in the hallway also need some work

great stay. Very good location. room with excellent view. attentive and friendly staff. Normal breakfast options. Need to be more flexible in the checkin time. We arrived 4 hours earlier than the checkin time. We payed 2 days for 1 day stay.

The suite was a perfect size for us and the Kitchenette enabled me to make Christmas dinner. The location is perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only "issue" was the rooms are hot. We turned the heat off and opened the windows... which helped !

The apartment was amazing after 2 weeks of very small hotel rooms. The view was incredible, snow capped mountains. The staff were very efficient and they made us feel so at ease. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others

Good service. Very nice View from the balcony. Clean. Useful small inside parking lot. Grocery store near by. We rent only a one bedroom deluxe studio but we had to ask to have access to the balcony because the access is from the second bedroom

This is clearly one of the best hotels in Ushuaia. Very well located, within walking distance of the shops. Rooms offer beautiful mountain views, some with large terraces. I particularly appreciated the indoor pool and sauna, especially after a day of hiking. The breakfast is quite copious, but the coffee wasn't very good.

Lovely bright apartments - we stayed here on both ends of our Antarctic trip. Great that you can leave unnecessary bags to pick up on return. Good position relative to walking around city and suprisingly quiet. Ask for a view of the mountains - first stay we had; second stay when we were in a larger apartment, no and that was a pity. I liked the balcony from the first stay. Staff warm and helpful.

Dispite looking nice, there is a bate’s motel feel to this place. Staff are rude and hostile and there are many better places to stay in Ushuaia. Although recently renovated, there is an eire feeling to this place. Staff give off a weird creepy vibe.

⛔️‼️Beware‼️ ⛔️DANGER⛔️ Guest beware this hotel is dangerous. My partner and I were travelling on honeymoon and came to this hotel. Initially we were impressed, then absolute horror happened. We accidentally broke a wine glass in the room. Although we thought we had cleaned it all up we hadn’t. The cleaner cut themselves and there was blood residue on the kitchen counter. We later found a sharp knife from the kitchen draw inside our toiletries bag faced upward. We put the scenario together and realized that the maid (or someone with access to our room) cut them self and as revenge placed the knife in our bag facing up. We were so frightened of this and immediately checked out early and found an alternative hotel. We were both so frightened about what had happened we went out into the street immediately in the cold and rain to search out an alternative hotel. The front desk clerk seemed very concerned about what happened and I explained we feel very scared and want to leave. I indicated that I would pay for the two of three nights, however, I refuse to pay the third night. He said that he had spoken to the manager and they will not charge us at all. Then this AM I realized they have charged my card the entire amount. I will dispute the charge with my bank. This hotel is a fraud and dangerous ⛔️⚠️ STAY AWAY
