位置不錯，大廳裝修有格調，地下室還有個小遊泳池。房間比較大還有客廳，床比較舒適。 但缺點也比較明顯，早餐非常簡陋，差到令人驚訝，因為當地有很多好吃的餐廳，早餐的貧乏並不是由於食材的缺乏導致，而是把成本前置於顧客的體驗。但考慮到收費高達2000大幾一晚，這樣的早餐無法令人滿意。另外房間雖大，但客廳和浴室裝修風格比較簡陋。 總體：4.1 可以選，但是最好也查查是否有別的更佳選擇。

酒店位置極佳，在城區主街的盡頭，酒店後邊就是一家主打帝王蟹和特色烤肉的中餐館，吃飯、購物都很方便。海景房對面就是郵輪碼頭，附近還有城市觀光巴士車站和去各主要景點的巴士總站，遊客服務中心也近在咫尺。公寓房配備了電熱灶具和簡單的炊具，吃不慣當地食物的人可以自己做飯，難怪《南極之戀》劇組也選擇住這裏

酒店位置很好，10分鐘走到碼頭，很方便參加各種本地遊。3分鐘走到當地有名的中餐廳Bamboo. 主街的各種商店都是走路可及。房間很大，一房一廳，還能燒飯，衹是沒有洗衣機。早餐簡單，房間的窗簾遮光稍差，其他都很好。 酒店給了一間面朝碼頭的房間，每天坐在窗邊的高腳凳上，端一杯咖啡，看遠方的雪山冰川，世界各地的郵輪進進出出，雲捲雲飛，時光就這樣流逝。非常文藝的感覺。 住一天較貴，多住幾天價格就不錯了。

房間非常舒適

We had a very spacious room that was well appointed. There was a nice breakfast. Our view from the room was of the harbor and the scenery was beautiful. The hotel is in a very convenient location for both restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is also a short walk to all of the day tours available in this area.

Excellent stay! Our room was a mini apartment with a kitchen, dining table and living room. The balcony was very pleasant and highly recommended. The views are great and definitely check out the rooftop. It’s right on the main street and next to many delicious dinner spots. The spa is an excellent price and very worth it!

In a handy location at the far end of the Main Street, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops from here. We were glad we weren’t in one of the other tourist hotels on the outskirts of the town. The room was more like a suite with a lounge/kitchenette and a separate bedroom. There was a microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a hob, and large fridge which was handy. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away up the hill. We weren’t aware of any significant noise from adjacent rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ok, if a little tired and dated. Breakfast was a bit basic and the dining room in the basement wasn’t a pleasant space to be, with no natural light. There was a kind of stale water smell from the adjacent Spa. Despite this, given the location and the size of the room, I would stay here again.

We arrived at this hotel after a long 12 hour bus trip and what a pleasure it was. Large two room kitchenette overlooking the bay with a cosy clean double bed. The bathroom could use more hooks and some updating the shower and taps are ancient and there was only one bath towel. we had a great sleep and enjoyed the kitchenette in the afternoon

LOVED this hotel! Easy to walk around town. Rooms are clean and spacious. Spa amenities were great, although it was difficult to find a space to get a massage as they were fully booked. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good and had a large variety of offerings (including some desserts!)

Staff was friendly, but the first morning we had no hot water, had to shower with cold water and go out to the national park feeling very cold the whole day, very unpleasant… Otherwise, location-wise it’s very convenient

Staff was extremely helpful. They allowed us to stay in the room free for several hours due to flight delay and sickness.

The cleaning material was extremely strong, I had an asthma attack, the first time in 10 years. Breakfast was in a dull dark basement. Reception unfriendly. Got reprimanded for check out at 10:45 It was a pleasure to leave this hotel, the worst we had during our trip.

We had a great stay here. The staff and spa service were top notch and our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we could have wanted.
