My family and I stayed at the Stella Hotels. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were given instructions on the phone where to get the key. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, cozy and, most importantly, clean. The room has shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer. Nice bed. A calm, quiet a**osphere. Quite a good and varied breakfast. Close to the center. I recommend this hotel

Excellent value for money, good breakfast, very nice room. Easy access (both by bus and on foot) to the center of town. Everything clean and new.

Quiet. TV did not work, but this was not important to me (so I did not ask to fix it)

it is a lovely and wonderful place to stay. It has a great breakfast, close to the city center, university and botanisk garden. The staff was very helpfull and gave us some ideas for restaurants, about the parking, etc. We liked it !

Room is nice and cozy, and hotel layout is unique. Combined shower/toilet design helps save space. Hotel does not have a 24 hour desk, and after hours support is lacking. Hotel has transitioned to a digital key, and mine did not work a few days after check in, at 2 AM. After hours instructions are to dial a special number on the front door keypad which results in a very short time to talk to the after hours support. I was instructed to access the hotel safe to retrieve a digital yellow master key, after multiple redials. The safe was full of physical keys, but no digital keys! My door had no physical keyhole. Repeated calls to after hour support urged me to keep looking for a master key, until I gave up and just slept on a couch in the lobby. When the morning staff arrived at ~06:30, they had to wake up another guest to retrieve the master key from their room. Staff was able to get me a functional key hours later. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, and more importantly, my flight on my checkout day 2 days later would require me to leave the hotel before the morning staff arrived. I could not trust the hotel to maintain access to my belongings after hours, so I checked out and moved to a hotel with a 24 hour desk (the only reason booked Hotel Stella to begin with was because all others in the area were booked, but an opening came up). The new hotel was comparable price but much nicer for a similar price. Wish they would have had availability to begin with. I requested a refund of my unused nights from Hotel Stella and the owner blamed me for my experience. After multiple rounds of communication, he offered to reimburse me for the night I spent on the couch, but would not excuse me checking out early, calling my reasoning a "fantasy". This is a solid hotel, but beware the management!

Easy to access and walking distance from old town.

Невероятно хороший завтрак, Очень хорошая комната и чисто, очень удобная кровать.Персонал очень дружелюбный, Всегда есть горячий кофе ,чай и сладости. Расположение отличное 10 минут до центра. Рядом находился магазин Ика,что очень удобно. Теперь мы будем останавливаться только в отели Стелла. We were at the Stella Hotel. This is a great hotel. Our family really enjoyed our stay there. Incredibly good breakfast, Very nice room and clean, very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly, There is always hot coffee, tea and sweets. The location is excellent 10 minutes to the center. There was an Ika store nearby, which was very convenient. From now on we will only stay at Stella hotels.

Orena tallrikar och personen vid frukosten hann inte fylla på. Vi hade fyllt i att vi önskade enkelsängar i våra 4 rum. Men det blev bara i ett. Bokningen var att vi skulle betala vid ankomst, men hotellet drog betalningen 4 dagar innan ankomst.
