What can I say. Booked here for breakfast for my daughter’s birthday and they were brilliant. Ten of us all together and they took care of us with ease. Perfect cooked breakfast everything tasted amazing. They brought a cake out and sang happy birthday to my little girl who absolutely loved it. Even got a balloon and some birthday glasses. Such thoughtful staff! Thank you Jake Helen and David you were all amazing 🤩

Another comfortable stay at the premier inn ulverston. We were checked in by sam who couldnt do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble. We had food at the restaurant could not fault it, nice quiet location so got a lovely night's sleep. Thankyou sam and team we will be back.

A perfect location for exploring south lakes and an easy drive to Windermere. The car park was free with ample spaces but it was poorly designed and a struggle if you have a van. Throughout the 4 day stay, it was so clear that there were not enough staff on the evening, this is not a complaint about them they were all lovely and brilliant and couldn't do enough for you ... But the meal wait times were so long and our two little kids were so bored the cook was having to serve the food after cooking it at one point, one evening the staff member had to take orders serve food, and drinks, and man reception all at the same time... It's just too much to expect and the customer experience was negative because of the waiting times. It was uncomfortable to see the staff struggling with a smile on their face.

I love my trip away, it was a lovely experience to just get away from my home town for a bit and go visit somewhere new. All the staff were amazing they were really helpful. Food was great and my room was very clean. Best place to stay if your going out around the town too since it’s right near the town but over all loved the views and the staff

From the moment we arrived and checked in with Sam, we felt very welcome and our polite request accomdated within the blink of an eye. Our room was very nice, thankfully it didn't have a bath (I'm not liking climbing in and out of them these days) but we had a nice walk in shower. The view from our room (223) was of the local monument, which you can climb if you so wish and the canal that has plenty of Ducks and a few swans. These rooms are bookable on the Premier Inn site and are identifiable with a V - For view. Our floor was quiet, we heard nothing and to say the hotel was full, this was wonderful. We took our Breakfast and evening meals in the hotel initially we had booked breakfast only but upgraded to evening meal too. (Very good value). The staff work incredibly hard and are often manning the check in/ reception desk, bar and restaurant. Our first evening we had Nick as our server, he really had his work cut out with a full restaurant but he was polite and happy. Breakfast the first morning had all we needed but we had booked at a busy time. (I get over stimulated with too much going on, sensory processing goes into meltdown) all good, we ate and went to reception to find out quiter times and availibility of evening meals. Well this is when we met Janet, nothing was too much trouble, she checked and told us all the details we needed to know. We dined early that evening and were treat to chocolates and fizz. (What a lovely surprise, we'd kept my Birthday quiet and never did let on, Janet will know now.. 😊) We watched all meals being prepared and served like a well oiled machine and Janet was central to this along with Nick. We watched tables filling up and the efficient service. Our food was lovely on both evenings and there was something for everyone on the menu. Breakfast the following morning was in plentiful supply and the restaurant was lovely and kept well replenished, Janet was whizzing around and working her magic. We left feeling well fed, rested & relaxed, ready for our trip home and back to reality. We shall be back, thank you Premier Inn ULVERSTON
