This pace is nasty, rude staf and watres. We wore party of 6 and strugled with a baby stroler to find a table, once we did caried a stroler over peoples heads we seat down hoping to catch a breath and relax with drinks waiter came and ask as to leave since after he wat told that we wore not for food only drinks. We wore escorted out and carried a baby stroller again over peoples heads. I will neve go back thats for sure, DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Terrible Experience on this Hotel. The rooms are terrible and the conditions of them are disgusting. The bathrooms are filthy and also the breakfast is not tasty at all. The noisy ac on the room will not let you sleep all night long and it also leaks in the middle of the room. The location is what sells this hotel otherwise it is a terrible hotel.

Food was excellent, very tasty and looks perfect ! Waiters were very polite and hrr we helpful. Location is infront of the sea with stunning view on old town ! Olso best coffee in town , order cappuccino ……………………………………….. ………………………………………..

Non è facile recensire una struttura del genere, inizio con il dire che se questa struttura può essere definita HOTEL io da domani mi incorono RE D'ITALIA. Una struttura che non ha una reception può essere definita un hotel? hotel addirittura di categoria 3 stelle su ***********...struttura da meno di una stella, sicuramente un dormitorio per senza tetto a Milano è migliore ed anche meglio frequentato. Siamo arrivati come avevamo comunicato intorno alle 10 del mattino, orario al quale la struttura ci aveva comunicato che ci avrebbe fatto trovare la camera pronta...aivoglia...abbiamo addirittura dovuto aspettare oltre l'orario standard per il check-in...13:15 circa per poi essere accompagnati nella topaia all'ultimo piano, topaia che nelle foto forvianti proposte da *********** sembra una camera carina, moderna e accogliente...in realtà un tugurio...letto scalcinato, federe che non coprivano neppure il materasso, prese elettriche penzoloni, porta di ingresso dissestata, poggia asciugamano in bagno rugginosi e pulizia non pervenuta..oltre alle mancanza di ferro da stiro, bollitore e macchina del cafe e sveglia telefonica che su *********** vengono descritte come presenti. Ascensore da periferia di Nairobi, giusto per gli indigeni locali...nota speciale per la colazione (se così possiamo definirla) degna di tale ambiente...per poter mangiare qualcosa dovevamo scendere alle 8 perchè tardando di 30 minuti avremo trovato il nulla...tutto polverizzato dalle cavallette locali che si portavano direttamente al tavolo i vassoi con il cibo dentro come se non mangiassero da 3 giorni. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato una struttura per due notti e ce ne siamo potuti andare pagando regolarmente le 4 notti prenotate.

Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage direkt am Strand und der Meerblick vom Balkon. Rest sehr enttäuschend. Die Buchubg kam nicht an, sodass am ersten Tag keine Zimmer frei waren. Wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Wurden immerhin hingefahren und auch abgeholt. Zimmer wurden nur alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht. Der arrogante Mitarbeiter/Chef der sich um die Buchungen kümmert hat uns weder begrüßt noch angesprochen. Mit ihm hatte ich zwei Wochen zuvor über Whatsapp geschrieben und alles schien in Ordnung. Ganz ganz komischer Typ. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Elvira, die sich super um uns gekümmert hat. Sehr zuvorkommend, so wie ich es von allen anderen auch erwartet hätte. Empfehle ich trotzdem niemandem weiter.
