Ótima localização, quartos muito bons, porém infelizmente, serviço péssimo.
Filas enormes pra check-in e check out, atendentes nunca sabem de nada.. Check-in as 14h já é extremamente ruim, e ainda tivemos a experiencia de entrar na fila gigante da recepção pra realizar e quando chegamos na nossa vez, as 13:58, o atendente falou que não poderia fazer por que o horário era as 14h, que era pra esperarmos no fim da fila. Em resumo, fomos poder entrar realmente no quarto quase as 15h, no nosso caso, que estavamos nos hospedando pra um casamento as 16h, foi muito ruim.
Agora pra sair (check out), o tratamento foi bem diferente, a não ser pela fila que continuava gigante. Sem 1 minuto de tolerância sequer pra termos que sair.
Experiência ruim pra um hotel de luxo, com certeza buscaremos outro na próxima visita a cidade

Excelente local para se hospedar, equipe muito educada e preparada, café da manhã sem igual (no domingo teve violino), piscina cristalina, academia completa para interino de viagem (bem completa), shopping e restaurantes na porta só saímos da região para ir ao parque do sabia fazer um cardio ^_^
Com ctz retornaremos, quarto? Pegamos com sacada, vista top com ctz, cama King super macia, com cobertor gigante e pesado se bobear vc perde o dia deitado m! Não fui pago por essa avaliação, mas foi minha experiência real!
