대욕장 깨끗하고 좋습니다

위치가 생각보다 너무 좋았음. 주변에 돈키호테에 쿠라스시 스시로 스키야등 식당들이 엄청 많았음. 조식도 괜찮!

모든면에서 만족했으며, 직원들도 친절했어요 또한 한국어가 가능한 직원이 상주하여 어려움없이 이용하였으며, 많은 도움을 받았어요 다음에 또 가괴싶을정도~~~~~~

近くに食べ物屋さんがたくさんあり、 朝はバイキング。 お風呂は、大浴場があり、疲れを癒す事ができます。 利便性もよく、快適でした。

ユニットバスが広く快適でした。 部屋に少し小さめですがソファーがあり、テーブルも設置されていたので、快適に過ごせました。

部屋はきれいで、朝食がとてもおいしかった。また、利用したいです、

母が亡くなり、通夜の日、 広島から家族みんなで泊まりました。 娘達は、いいホテルだねと気に入ってました。朝食も沢山食べて、ご飯もパンもあると喜んでいました。 悲しみの中、リラックスできるホテルで、良かったと思います。ありがとうございました。

조식이너무 좋고 객실도 넓어서 좋았읍니다 강추 입니다.

フロントの対応がとても良い

立地場所も分かりやすく、建物も外観、内装共にとても綺麗で清潔感に溢れていました。 温泉も男女別にあり、気持ちよく入れましたが、三連休の最終日という事もあり、宿泊人数も多かったので、お風呂は混雑してました。ゆっくりは入れませんでしたが、お風呂に入ることが出来て良かったです。 旅の途中で、予約したので、電波の悪い所で、確認作業が大変でした。で、ホテルに確認したら、子供の分が予約されていなくて追加で伝えて支払いを現地でしました。 ホテルでは、ゆっくり過ごせて、家族で楽しかったです。でも、１０歳の子供と３人でダブルベッドは狭かった。次回は、気をつけて予約します。 ホテルの朝食も美味しかったです。とっても満足した旅行となりました。

　ホテルルートイン宇部は、最高〜でした！今回、子供の試合応援のため夫婦で宇部の宿泊先を探していました。当ホテルは、綺麗で清潔感があるのはもちろんのこと、大浴場があり温泉旅行気分を味わえたのもありがたかったです。そして、何よりバイキングの質と量が充実していて、この宿泊費でこれだけのサービスがあることに驚きました！また、バイキング場と清掃のスタッフさん(おばちゃんたち)がとても親切だったので、心まてま温まりました。日本中、どこへ行ってもホテルルートインを予約しよう！と夫婦で話しながら帰ってきました。

I lived in Onoda for three years in the mid-90s and was back for a visit. Unfortunately our friends who we usually stay with were unwell so we stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Route Inn Ube. There are no decent hotels in Onoda, but the Route Inn was very close. I was a bit nervous about the hotel as Japanese business hotels are reknown for their superhard beds and pillows. My concerns were unfounded as the beds and pillows were great! There are no connecting rooms but they gave us rooms opposite each other. The staff were very friendly - front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. You get fresh towels everyday but not new sheets (it's an eco hotel). You make your own bed. Breakfast buffet was included and the staff were helpful in working out what we could eat (allergies in the kids). There was a good range of food although no fruit. There was a free onsen that my wife visited. We were in town to catch up with friends so spent very little time in the hotel. Our friends lent us their car so it was easy to get around. As others have pointed out there is no convenience store superclose. There is a Lawson about 5 minutes' walk away. There are plenty of nice and cheap restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket and department store (Youme Town). I would definitely stay here again!
