Khách sạn cũ. Vị trí là tốt. Nhân viên lễ tân đáp ứng. Không có ấm đun nước trong phòng, nhưng có một quầy bar nhỏ, xà phòng, mũ tắm. Căn phòng ấm áp. Nước trong phòng tắm nóng. TV là hiện đại. Khăn trải giường màu trắng, nệm quá cũ, không thoải mái lắm, cũ.

Molto vicino alla stazione Porta Nuova e quindi al centro città. Stanza con arredamento non troppo nuovo ma pulita e luminosa. Essendo al primo piano, ho sentito parecchio i rumori dalla strada, che comunque non è molto trafficata, per fortuna. Personale gentile

Me encantó el hotel! La habitación cómoda, amplia y limpia; el baño enorme y bien equipado (tenía artículos de higiene personal). Llegué por la noche y en la recepción me recibieron muy bien. Además, guardaron mi equipaje el día siguiente por varias horas incluso habiendo hecho el check out temprano. El personal es muy amable. Está a 15 min del centro caminando y bastante cerca de la estación de Torino. Recomiendo 100%!

Albergo pulito. Personale molto gentile.

The reservation team is very bad. They don't have any problem to earn money for a service which was not delivered. And I am speaking here about low season ! Their excuse is that they treat all their customers "equally" like this 😂 Just keep distance !

We stayed 4 nights in this Hotel in May 2022. Paid quite a high price during those periods, possibly because of many concerts/matches and the fact not many hotels available around those dates made us choose this one. Temperature was around 26-30 degC during our stay. So the room was very hot. There is no fan, we have to open the window throughout the day to get some fresh air. However at night there were so much noises across the street, people were shouting, traffic, noises from the cars buzzing around really disturbed my quality of sleep. Wifi in the room was also very weak and I had always problems accessing wifi from my laptop (sometimes i need to be online to check my work emails/meetings). The room was also a bit old, interior is kind of dusty and maintenance can be done a lot better to improve the quality of guest stay. I came to Turin to watch a concert and expecting a calm/relaxed holiday. Had i known the situation earlier I would not book this hotel and choose rather calm, a bit outside of the city that allow us to rest after long day exploring in Turin. One thing that was good is the reception worker is very polite and tried their best to help us with information.

This Hotel has cancelled my reservation made 6 months ago because the dates is Eurovision and now they can sell the room much more expensive. They refuse to talk to me and give me back my room. Horrible! It's imposible a worst place. Total inadvisable!!!! Hotel has cancelled us the reservation of *********** on the Eurovision dates, claiming that the card was not valid (They lie) . They have tried to cancel several times because our rate was cheaper than the current ones.

Booked this hotel for myself and my partner for 2 nights during Eurovision week for May 2022 back in Oct 2021. A friend also did the same on a separate booking. However, in Jan 2022 both bookings were cancelled due to issues with "payment processing on card". This was blatant lying, as both cards for both bookings worked fine. What really happened is the hotel knew it could get more for the nights in question with such a big event on in Turin (see prices for hotels that week vs. other weeks if you don't believe me) and cancelled both our bookings. Half hearted excuses were given "I'm not the person who processes bookings" etc and a call back to explain situation further that was requested never happened. Conveniently, hotel is now booked out for same dates a mere 5 mins after cancelling our bookings. Management are clearly greedy and dishonest and attempting to price gouge during a time of high demand. Shame on them. Do not recommend lest you also fall foul of cancelled bookings

Hotel molto comodo e pulito nel cuore di Torino, a pochi passi da Porta Nuova e dalla via Roma, in una zona tranquilla e ben fornita....personale molto accogliente e disponibile a dare consigli...le camere confortevoli, pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno....colazione dolce e salata da migliorare un po' per varietà e qualità....un hotel da consigliare

E stata un experienza eccezionale... Pulito personale eccezionale disponibile per ogni informazione... Posizione perfetta.. Vicino al centro e ai tram per andare a Reggia di venaria.. Colazione abbondante... Tutto perfetto Penso di ritornare al piu presto Lo consiglio caldamente a tutti... Famiglie e coppie..

Poche parole ma molto sincere: ottima accoglienza, tranquillità e diponibilità. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. C'erano dubbi sul fatto che la struttura è vicina alla stazione di Porta Nuova, ma i dubbi sono stati annullati da una una evidente tranquillità.
