Overall, the hotel was very good. It is located far from the historic center, but it is easy to get around by public transportation. The room was a bit little and not so clean. The breakfast buffet should change a bit between days, as it gets boring after eating the same thing for several days.

Pleasant and conveniently located hotel to rest at night after being in the city. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and well kept. Food was good. Variety is good for a few days. Plenty of drinks and wine to go with dinner each night. Shops nearby and a lovely park to walk in. We stayed there with a large group for 3 nights. Easy to get downtown from as well as both football stadiums. Anything we asked for was quickly delivered at the desk to us. For example, We asked for another pillow and blanket and were handed them immediately. Good level of English spoken so we talked to many people in the hotel. It was very friendly and helpful.

A very convenient location, between city center and airport. Very clean and cozy. Amazing staff... the reception was beyond expectation being helpful with recommendations with such a smile and warm approach. The prices are worthy compared with city center hotels. And the breakfast, very rich in choices and more than enough to start the day properly. Very recommendable for friends and family. Close to public transportation and easy to walk through the city, day and night in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would love to come again.

The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious. The thoughtful details add a touch of class. A perfect choice for a short stay in Turin, especially for business travelers. I really enjoyed my stay.

L'Hotel è raggiungibile molto comodamente in auto da fuori Torino e dispone anche di un ampio garage sotterraneo dal costo giornaliero relativamente contenuto (altrove si paga praticamente altrettanto per un posto auto esterno). E' collegato al centro dal bus 72, che passa praticamente di fronte ogni 5 - 10 minuti e porta a Piazza Castello in poco più di 15 minuti. Lo stesso autobus porta a Venaria Reale, il che merita sicuramente. La camera BASIC era confortevole, bene insonorizzata. Al primo piano è disponibile un ampio giardino pensile con il prato e molti alberi, tavolini, panchine, gazebo... anche un affettuoso gattino. C'è inoltre il ristorante che però non abbiamo provato. Unico appunto per la manutenzione: i corrimano interni degli ascensori mancano di qualche finitura e l'aspiratore del bagno probabilmente non funzionante. Personale di Concierge molto gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. Un po' meno quello delle colazioni che è andato un po' in crisi per via di una numerosa comitiva e i cappuccini si sono fatti attendere un po' troppo.

Das Hotel liegt 20 Minuten zum Flughafen . Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber mit Teppichboden . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Klimaanlage mußten wir nicht benutzen, haben bei offenem Fenster geschlafen , war nicht laut .

hotel moderno situato in zona non centrale ma comodo , ampio garage ( a pagamento forse un po' caro . ) con possibilità di ricarica auto , molto apprezzato. Camere comode , ampie e ben pulite , belle luminose e insonorizzate. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo non possiamo fare una recensione positiva in quanto abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi. Abbiamo tutti e tre, figlio compreso, passato una notte in bianco perché i cuscini lasciati in camera non sono degni del nome e il letto singolo aggiunto per mio figlio faceva un rumore insopportabile in più il materasso scomodissimo si sentivano le molle…. Non potevi neanche muovere un braccio. Eravamo tre in camera e abbiamo trovato un solo paio di ciabatte. Vorrei aggiungere anche che avevamo il balcone che era oggettivamente sporco Con sedie e tavolino che sono arrugginiti e da cambiare. Abbiamo fatto presente tutto questo alla reception al momento del pagamento ma a parte le scuse ,da parte dell’impiegata , non è stato chiamato il direttore….. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più da parte loro! In un albergo quattro stelle bisogna avere molta più attenzione al dettaglio e al cliente.

Hotel bellissimo molto pulito e personale accogliente. La fermata dell’autobus è a 150m ed è collegato molto bene con l’Allianz Stadium ma è facile anche raggiungere il centro di Torino, ottima vicinanza anche dalla stazione Porta Nuova. Colazione ottima dal dolce al salato.
