Beautiful garden and spacious rooms, located outside Tulum center in a developing yet tranquil area. However having read all the positive reviews I expected more. WI-FI was very slow and breakfast was basically one cup of coffee,one glass of juice and an omelette, pancakes or mexican dish, some of which you had to pay extra. It was served in a Café attached to the property. The wine glasses in our room were filthy, not washed at all. Safety box very small, Anyway quite good value for money compared to many other alternatives in Tulum.

Good place to stay. Big rooms. All the materials are there if you want to cook or have tea/coffee. Ambience is great. Not very far from Tulum beach (12 minutes!). Overall, great experience. Will suggest fnf.

It is amazing. Great place, great people. Great value for money. Great location. You wont be disappointed! Super clean and very instagram-friendly 😆 The only thing is the bed could be a little bit comfier and the hot water is like hit and miss Definitely 5star: food, staff and facilities above the expectations! A must do: try the special wrap!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days on the last leg of our honeymoon. Very relaxing location with amazing hosts, staff, and accommodation! She worked for a few of the days and the wifi was 10/10. Easy walking distance from the main strip. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, very quiet and surrounded by trees. The pool is lovely and the cafe attached to the hotel makes getting breakfast very easy. You definitely need a bike to get around, as it's a good 20 min walk to town, and you can hire them for 100 pesos. I'm not a very confident bike rider, but found it easy to get around, as the Mexican drivers are quite polite. Disliked · We arrived late due to problems with our taxi. I knew the code to get into the key safe, but we struggled a bit to get in before we realised that there was a fob you had to wave over a keypad. When we eventually came across the bloke who lives there & kind of looks after the place, he said we had been advised of that at the bottom of an email he sent. You also need to use the fob to get out, though I had to ask another guest as hadn't come across that before. We got lost a couple of times riding into town, so a map in the room would have helped, as neither of us had the use of google maps once we left the hotel wifi zone.

The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. My husband enjoyed the BBQ pit. The staff especially in the cafe were always kind and accommodating. The place is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. I really appreciate that we had AC the entire time. It's also close to almost everything. Alex the host was always available for our questions. This place made our family vacation nice and easy. We will definitely stay there again.
