Niken was such a joy to stay at! The property and landscaping is such a beauty and thoughtfully done. Since our first day, the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating. The friendly staff of Niken are Roberto, Marcelino, and Carlos and the staff involved with the parking lot (we rented a car). The rooms are clean and tidy! The staff are more than happy to help you in navigating around Tulum and tips if you need it, don't hesitate to ask!

Excellent beach club - friendly service - quiet area - came here three days out of four of how comfortable we felt. Marcelino was our server on the beach and he was super friendly. Parking right in front of the property. Good seating space directly on the beach. Highly recommended.

My girlfriends and I booked our first trip to Tulum at Niken Hotel & Beach Club and I'm glad we did because our stay here was amazing! The place itself is an oasis and so peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle (which we preferred). Our rooms were perfect and comfortable and we loved how accessible the beach was because it was literally a few steps away! Most importantly, the staff at Niken were very welcoming, kind, attentive and made you feel like you were home. Cudos to Niken staff; Marcelino, Carlos and Roberto and everyone that worked there. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in Tulum, NIKEN is the place for you. My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. It is in the quieter part of the beach *****, but close enough to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a great size have a beautiful view of the water. The beach is also cleaned daily from seaweed and rubbish (many other hotels don’t do this as regularly). A special mention to Jerónimo, Marcelino and restaurant staff, who were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when we had any questions regarding the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay here for 5 days and we enjoyed every single aspect. Todo perfecto! Marcelino was a perfect host at the beach club, where the food was lovely and the view like out of a painting. The hotel itself is very pretty, and the room was comfortable with another breathtaking view of the beach. Tulum can be a bit expensive, but this was our slice of heaven, and we couldn’t recommend it more. Muchas gracias!

We loved our stay in Nikenbeach. My favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. Marcelino was an amazing help to us during our stay. As was all the resort employees. It really was a picture perfect trip. Can’t wait to one day return and do it all over again. We used the Colectivo to move around while there and found them great and got effective. I couldn’t fault anything during our stay. I also had the continental breakfast and really enjoyed it!

Everything was perfect - from the staff to the facilities. It’s unpretentious and quiet, and you have everything you need! The beach club is really nice as well, the food is good and the waiters super friendly (especially Marcelino). The beach itself is very clean. Would definitely recommend!

This place has been the nicest place we have found so far. Everyone has been super friendly and the service excellent. Marcelino was very kind and attentive making our stay in the beach comfortable and relaxed. The ambiance is really relaxing because there is no music, so you can enjoy the waves and the bird sounds.
