The hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

I had a lovely stay at Siwa hotel and enjoyed the spa facilities while I was there. While at the hotel I had a massage of 60 minutes that included a relaxing circuit with sauna, steam and jacuzzi which was super relaxing. The treatments were done by Montserrati which was super attentive and helpful while I was at the spa.

Had a great time at Siwa, especially the spa facilities. I did the massage and hydrotherapy treatment and it was one of the best I've ever had - I nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing! The team at Siwa are really attentive and friendly, they made us all feel welcome.

Food was delicious! Service was outstanding and atmosphere was unique and beautiful! Definitely worth while to visit. The drinks are a must . Jungle vibes and very welcoming . Best vacation …………………………………..🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽😋 🥘 🍹 🙌🏽🌞🍾

Enjoyed a lovely week at Siwa Tulum hotel. One of the main highlight is getting a spa treatment at the hotel which was by the lovely Monsterrati the 40 min massage was refreshing, along with the spa treatment. I highly recommend the treatment.

The only minimal issue is that it is a good 10 min drive to the hotel from the town. You can walk but it will take a good 20-30 mins depending on how slow you walk. The rest of the stay was amazing! You are greeted with a refreshing drink, and are given an intensive walk through of the property. The rooms have amazing views all throughout. All staff members treat you very well and are as helpful as anyone can be. The restaurant has a great feel right by the pool and the menu was small but everything on their was delicious. I highly recommend staying here. Whether it's a family vacation or a couples getaway you will want to return again.

Loved everything about it but one thing to updagrade is mirror in the room we kissed that big time when getting ready for the girls but besides that everything was great can’t wait to come back

Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly)
She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over.
