Stayed here multiple times always friendly staff quiet hotel. Food is always good and a nice ******.

We stayed in the Superior King Room. The beds were described as pillow top but were the most uncomfortable beds I have every slept in. There was a hard pillow top and the bed bounced like a trampoline. The pillows were small and squished like meatballs. There wasn't a blanket on the bed or in the room. There were literally 3 top sheets instead of a blanket. We had to request a blanket on our second night.
The staff was really good. Everything was very clean. The bar was only open until 8pm, gift shop until 6pm and the breakfast had really bad coffee.
We won't stay again. I would rather stay at a hotel that I know is comfortable and has the free breakfast option. It would be worth it to drive a small way to get to the ******. You cannot get to the ****** unless you walk around the outside of the building.

Friendly staff and nice hot tub. Pool was too cold to swim in. Coffee bar downstairs was nice for the morning. Room was spacious but the beds were not very comfortable. ****** was lots of fun.

Rooms were good, clean and quiet. No place to have breakfast in hotel. We had to go to the food court for breakfast. Terrible, greasy food and food preparation was zero. Lost my appetite real quick. We tried the coffee bar. Waffle was terrible, the manager refunded our money.

Came here for dinning but closed on Wednesdays. Went to excellent Silver Steak house. Estrella at Casa Del Sol far superior.

Very dirty rooms,The rooms had cardstock tv guilds with info for the property and as a one for cleaning the bed sheets that were so disgusting. As could here the bells for the elevator all night.

The hotel is the opposite side of the ******, which made it very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were very clean.

Bailey who was working the front desk was so helpful. It was raining a lot and I had to go to my car. She loaned me her umbrella. She went the extra mile which really means a lot to me. Thank you!

We were not happy that the buffet and the restaurant closed before 7:00 pm and did not open again until 11:00 am.
