The water in the pool comes from the Arctic Ocean 🥶 the climate in the region never gets hot and even in summer the pool has to be heated because people pay for it, although I didn't visit in the summer, but in the spring, and their website stated that the pool was heated

We have liked the option of staying here for the second time with our friends. The resort houses are very comfortable and meet our expectations. The staff was super friendly and eager to help (10/10). The only thing we got disappointed was the pool, which was too cold to swim, and it is the second time we meet technical issues or the water just was changed thats's why it was like that. Really it doesn't interest any guest staying and paying for only 1 night and hoping to enjoy it to the fullest. Overall, besides pool, it was a fantastic stay in the nature.

First time to experience snow and we are do glad we stayed here. Its the closest hotel to the Ropeway and we walked about 25 min to reach there. Breakfast options are good. Meals are freshly made. One evening there was a DJ played great oldies. My daughter was happily helping herself to the candy in reception The cottages are very cosy, clean and heater was working well Enjoyed staying and will definitely visit in summer for the pool

I was very disappointed with the receptionist Kristina’s attitude, very rude and not professional behavior. Kindly instruct your employees about how they should welcome and speak with guests. The room was quite nice with a beautiful view, but the carpet was dirty!

Ok, in order to be as short as possible, I would suggest all of you to go and read all the comments in *********** from the dissatisfied clients. My experience was the following: 1. very cold room 2. only one small blanket 3. OMG DIRTY carpet. It was actually disgusting 4. slow internet at first, then I had to call them and they provided me with better one 5. the lock on the door was broken, which led us to be stuck in the bathroom for 2 HOURS, with no air access and phone. we were screaming out of our lungs for 2 HOURS. Eventually when we realized that no one was going to help us, we tried to break the lock. And then finally someone overheard our voices and came to open the door. Then someone came and tried to explain how doors supposed to work. He was trying to convince us that if you cannot open the bathroom door by yourself when you're in the bathroom that's okay) I was horrified and angry. It's not worth it. With the same price you can find better options for sure.

2 minutes walk to ropeway. Good villas with kitchen and barbecue amenities for 2-3 families together. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good room service. But breakfast options are the same every day and very limited. They charge for Very small things like cup of milk or onion. No coffee in room and breakfast starts at 9 am. Definitely recommended for everyone. Please don’t ask for airport pickup and tours, 2-3 times mor3 expensive than local options.

Bed and pillows are comfy. Location are the best next to Ropeway Tsaghadzor. Receptionists are great. Candies at the reception area try to taste its delicious. I also asked to give me some candies and they gave a lot. Thanks so much. See you again next time.

The resto bar has a terrible service, we ordered and the food was not even served and after 1 hour and 20 minutes and a couple of follow ups their excuse was that the chef prepared the order but he did not like the outcome so he was preparing it again. To make things worse the manager did not even feel bad. The same happened to another family on the table next to us.

We loved our weekend getaway. The hotel is near the ski slopes so it is easy to walk in the morning and start skiing right away. The condo is comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. Breakfast food was fresh every day.
