Lovely place. Steps from the central square. Only thing I would add is that it is an apartment, not a hotel. You will need to get access codes from the management. ******* system failed badly - I couldn’t respond to message from the manager. Note the phone number if you need to contact them. Fault lied fully with *******.

I booked an apartment 2 months in advance by whatsapp, all details shared, including credit card, and I got the booking confirmed. A week before the booked date, I just sent a message to double check the booking and I was informed then that due to a "system issue" they didn't keep the booking and they didn't offer any alternative, any compensation, any concern at all for their mistake. Be really careful with your bookings there, I will never go there again.

PÉSIMO!! Un apartamento con un olor a moho insufrible.!! 3 días con dolor de cabeza de respirar toda la noche ese tufo. Reclamé nada más instalarnos y me dijeron que habían puesto ambientadores (luego eso es reconocer que sabían que el apartamento, situado en la planta baja), tenía olor a moho en todo el apartamento). La sugerencia fue que abriéramos las ventanas....lloviendo como llovía y con un frío... !! No nos cambiaron a otro apartamento porque decían que lo tenían todo ocupado... y eso que yo pagué una fortuna, y con 2 neses de antelación!! Mi consejo: NO VAYAN A SANDRA PLAZA, ELLOS MIRAN PARA OTRO LADO Y... TE AGUANTAS.

Aparte de las instalaciones, que son fantásticas, todo de alta calidad, cuidado y limpio, resaltar los múltiples detalles que nos encontramos, desde el calendario, hasta zumos, leche, café y magdalenas para el desayuno. Edredones, mantas y almohadas adicionales...de todo, y todo de calidad. Agradeced y recomendar totalmente los apartamentos

excelente ubicación, habitaciones cómodas, bien equipadas y muy limpias. Decoración y diseño chulisimo. Trato agradable y amable. Zona de descanso y piscina perfecto para amigos y familia. Hemos dormido de maravilla, sin ruidos y molestias

ESPECTACULAR, todo perfecto. el apartamento precioso, dúplex con escalera de caracol y claraboya. muy bonito, todo lujo de detalles, limpio y con cosas para desayunar, ha sido el apartamento mejor en el que he estado (y he estado en muchos)

Excelente localização. Cheguei pela Plaza Mayor. Perguntei a uma senhora simpática com colete de guarda de trânsito, onde poderia estacionar. Ela mandou encostar o carro ao lado da igreja de San Martin e prontamente me mostrou onde estava o hotel e que a Sandra iria me orientar onde estacionar. Andei uns 50 metros e na entrada do hotel encontrei a porta fechada, bati, chamei e não tinha ninguém, mas em poucos minutos a Sandra apareceu, muito simpática me passou os códigos para entrada no hotel e no meu apartamento que era completíssimo e enorne. Passou todas as orientações, pegou meu WhatsApp e se foi ( nos falamos por ele quando precisei). Ficamos com um hotel inteiro pra gente, a sensação é essa. Entrávamos e saíamos como se fosse nossa casa. Não víamos ninguém. Um hotel inteligente, aconchegante, limpo e com o charne de ser um casarão da idade média. Simplesmente amei!
