We enjoyed our stay. The service, location and facilities were all good.

we booked a room for three people, when we arrived we initially had to wait for someone to come and let us in, then when we got to the room their was no bedding on the bunk bed, we had to inform the reception whom said they would sort it for us, on our return from dinner the bedding was left on the floor in a bag. We had to make the bed ourselves. Not that we found it hard, but we paid for a service. The light in the bathroom did not work, so we had to wait until morning to use the bathroom, shower etc. The room was extremely small for three people

Ｂ＆B連鎖酒店在世界上各國都常見，素以中規中矩聞名，在酒店市場有較高的信任度。也是我們旅行中經常訂的酒店。但是託魯瓦的這家酒店雖然有Ｂ＆B的名頭，卻沒有中規中矩的品質，像雜牌小店。在攜程網上我們看到這家酒店的介紹訊息不錯，而且有免費停車場，所以就選擇了它。（圖1，前台）進店後才發現接待我們的女店員（不知身份）態度極其生硬，（是否見我們是來自中國，有輕視）當我們問到免費停車問題時，她説“NO”。（圖2，是店員要我們交付停車費的手稿）我們就拿出攜程關於託魯瓦酒店免費停車的介紹，（圖3）她還是非常強硬的説“NO”。我們因為無法取消訂單，衹好忍氣吞聲交了停車費，在酒店湊合了一晚。為此，我們向攜程客服鄭重反映此事。

Bien qu'il soit en travaux, l'accueil et la prestation reste excellente

Certaines chaines de la TV fonctionnaient très mal.

Pas de four, ni de micro onde. Dame d’accueil implacable de nous aider sur ce point. Heureusement l’endroit était propre. Revoyez vos commodités.

Très propre

Salle de bain petite. Je déconseille à l'été trop chaud dans les chambres. Le personnel très bien

From start to finish this hotel is awful !!! Very tired decor, very unwelcoming staff, no aircon not even a fan to keep cool, everything needs sprucing up from the carpets to the walls / windows. There is no way this hotel is worth the money they charge, try somewhere else, even a park bench would be far better, oh and by the way even though they still advertise parking it’s a lie they haven’t ! You have to pay in the public car park

Excellent location but there is no aircon and our room was over the very busy and noisy Ave 14 Juillet so little sleep was possible with the window open. The hotel is Not advertised as having air con but I assumed all BB hotels had it. Troyes is an amazingly beautiful town. Bathroom door unhygienic

Terrible hotel needs updating paint decor awful. We had room. 213 and room 335 with double bed and bunk. They gave us no bedding for the bunk bed we had to ask for it on both occasions. Room 335 overlooked the car park which is is desprate need of repair holes in the concrete and when you drive in it looks like a drug ally, room 213 over looks main street which our window seemed to be broken and taped up with black tape but came undone and you could hear everything. No air conditioning! And no tea or coffees making facilities in room. The breakfast was continental but absolutely awful dry bread and mini crossiants and pain au choc fruit looked like it had been there rotting for a week!

Nous n'avons pas pu expérimenter cet hôtel puisque nous avons été viré !!! Ben oui la centrale de réservation à effectué une réservation pour une chambre TRIPLE alors qu'il n'y a plus que des DOUBLES et refus de nous accueillir avec mon mari et un enfant après 7 heures de route. Pas de geste commercial pour nous trouver 2 chambres au prix initial prévu (il y avait encore de la place) puisque c'est leur erreur et pas la nôtre! Et prix exorbitant proposé (ben oui...pourquoi ne pas profiter de la detresse humaine...) ! Nous avons donc été à la rue à TROYES a 22 heures le soir ! Sympa B and B !!! Et très humain visiblement !!!!

Très bon accueil, literie parfaite, personnel sympathique et avenant, nous avons eu besoin de glace pour notre glacière, ils nous en ont procuré, un grand merci à eux. petit bémol l’ascenseur qui est peu disponible pour les personnes handicapées.
