We based out of Bryce Trails, and it worked out perfect. The morning that we drove over to Zion, we were provided with a hot to go breakfast…which was super. When we were at Bryce Point, in Bryce Canyon, we could see the B&B from the point. Very cool.

I don't often take the time to review a property but I hope to save others time and money by sharing our experience at this BnB. I looked carefully at the photos, read the reviews and spoke to the owner before booking their "best" room which turned out to be shabby and poorly arranged/decorated. It also had a paint odor that the manager denied without apology or offer to help. The breakfast was mediocre and the general property and grounds were not well kept. Probably the worst part was the uncaring and unfriendly couple that manages the property. We paid for two nights but checked out after one (we did have a family emergency but wouldn't have stayed there another night anyway). After seeing many nice properties in the area, we very much regretted our choice.

Very nice and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The hosts are accommodating and helpful. Edgar's photography is amazing. The location is off the main road and quiet, yet still close to Bryce Canyon. There are also several dining options nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our room was large and roomy. It had a coffee pot and tea kettle. It not only had WiFi but their TV had Netflix and Hulu. There was a microwave and ice machine outside our door. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were exceptional and gourmet.

My husband and I are from Australia, we are travelling around the United States We were lucky to find this wonderful B and B to stay for a night after exploring Zion NP. Our room was lovely and very spacious. The property had a warm and homely feel . We would highly recommend to the travellers .

We stayed here for one night after a long day of hiking Bryce Fairyland in the snow. Such a lovely place to come to, they were attentive but let us come and go without bother. Felt like staying at home and much better than a corporate hotel. Breakfast was AMAZING and the hosts were helpful. Owner is also an amazing landscape photographer; his work is in the kitchen and quite stunning.

Amazing location with views of the canyon. Super comfy bed and linens. Good hot shower. We booked under the rim room which was spacious and very comfy. Terrific hosts with an excellent breakfast. Not huge choice for dinner in Tropic. We went to the pizza place which was ok but really busy as only place open on a Sunday.

Our breakfast was delicious- freshly prepared at the moment with locally sourced high-quality ingredients and beautifully served. The rooms were far beyond our expectations from the photos. The high-quality beds and linens were impeccably clean and very comfortable. In the room, every attention to detail was given to make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. This was one stop among many that we did in a trip from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon and I would rate is as our best!!!!

Wonderful stay for a quiet, beautiful off-season experience. The location can't be beat, and the owners provided wonderful breakfasts and personalized hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!
